These are great. I have tarsal tunnel and I can walk in these shoes with very little pain

I am just getting back into running after 10 years (and 4 kids) and upon a recommendation from my sister, bought the Hoka Speedgoat shoes. I wasn't sure if the tread was going to be too aggressive for road/grass (not true trail running), but have loved them. The fit is great, I love the support, and even just starting back to it, my feet don't hurt after completing a run. I also have found that the support has mitigated other aches I would get when running with average sneakers (e.g., back, knee, shin).

I wear these WIDE shoes because they are comfortable and ease the pain from my neuropathy. Waiting for another pair to come in stock.

you need more wide size options

The older speedboats with the different heel were better and more comfortable

Excellent all-around trail running shoe. Comfortable, cushioned, and surprisingly fast. The wide model is really great is you want even more comfort (it worked especially well for me coming back from a pinky toe fracture).

Initially bought regular width and they did not fit. Moved to a wide in the same size and they are perfect. Super comfy.

I use it when ever I go out casually or when I want to walk for my daily walks.

These shoes were hood walking shoes for my recent trip to the Swiss alps.

I think I'm on my 12th pair of Speedgoats. This is my first Speedgoat 5 and I don't feel any significant difference with the Speedgoat 4. Great feel, excellent cushion, laces are nice and long, they come in wide, and they wash up great. These shoes usually get me 325-350 miles, mostly trail running but some hiking.

I have been wearing the Speedgoat 5 trail running shoe for the past few weeks. I found it immediately comfortable, adaptable to my custom orthotics & easily adjustable in separate parts of the foot. I have bunions so I like the fore foot loose-ish but need tight support through my arch so that my foot does not slip forward in the shoe. I am using the Speedgoat to trail hike. It has the right amount of cushioning and support. It's been a good choice for me.

I love the comfort, stability & cushion of these shoes. However after less than 2 months & approx. 240 miles of walking, the treads are all but fonw. I walk approx 4 miles everyday & I do not wear these shoes for anything else. I walk some trails, but a good amount of pavement, too. Is anyone else having this problem?

I 'm a custodian and am on my feet all day ,I love my mountain goats. wide is true to size I have ordered 3 pairs now and they hold up a long time I would gladly order more but there isnt enough colors to chose from in the wides great for inside and outside all surface work.

I loved the shoes. I usually go a size bigger in my hiking/running shoes. These were huge but I already wore them on a hike. Very comfy and sturdy!

I bought WIDE SPEED GOAT'S in the fun orange/blue/purple color. I have back and hip issues and have been told I need a good pair of shoes with decent arch, unless I have arch supports made. I tried the Crofton, Bondi, & Speed goat. I got all of them in a Wide size 9, because I have wider feet and the normal size did not feel great on my feet. I wore them all for about 10 mins each around my house and ended up with the speedgoat. I love them. Very comfortable. Both my hip and back feel better.

I have been walking approximately 6 miles 3-4 times a week with lots of inclines and trails with loose rock and gravel for many years now. These are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn; best traction, too. Interested to see how long the tread lasts. So far so good. Will definitely buy again.

Plan on doing long walk on the Camino with these shoes!

I bought these shoes for obstacle course racing. I was hoping for shoes that would give me extra support on the trails but still offer good grip on obstacles. These shoes provide both! Best OCR shoes I've ever had!

If you are a woman with a super wide foot, this is for you. Sadly, this is one of the few shoes Hoka makes above size 11. I laced them almost all the way together. Still didn't work for me.
