These shoes were stiff, uncomfortable and seemed cheap not worth the price I returned.

Unfortunately, i can't return these due to being used about 1-2 twoce to see if i actually liked them. And wow i noticed a difference right away of how unsupportive these shoes are. I do not recommend

The feel of the shoe working out is that they are very rigid and do not provide me cushion. Additionally the colors that are shown in the images are very off from the actual shoe that I got. Not sure if someone just put the wrong shoes in the box but I will not be ordering again.

I usually wear the Clifton nine. I read about this style on the newsfeed who said they were quite comfortable and on sale. What a disappointment, the material is very thin on top. I could see my toes practically. Also Hoka is known for how cushy it feels on the soles, these were hard as a rock.

I was so disappointed with the way your company handled my e-card gift! I received a gift card from my daughter and she was told it would be activated soon after buying! Two days later I bough5 a pair of shoes and the gift card was not yet activated and when I purchased the shoes it appeared that it was! In the end on,y to find out it was never deducted from my shoes! I thought this was poor business practice and I will not be buying another pair of your shoes because of this! It was my third pair of Hokas! No ,ore! You have a lousey system! I am so disappointed in your business policy!

This is my third pair of Hokas. Two weeks outside of the 60 day return window, the insole in the right one has started moving around sliding up the back and becomes uncomfortable while I wear them. When I contacted customer service, they told me to buy special insoles. They said it's not covered under warranty. I think for the price of these shoes they should do better. None of the other Hokas I've had or the other shoe in this pair have had a problem like that. It is clearly defective. They claimed it was because of poor fit. They're the same size I always get and fit just fine. They said I could ship them back at my expense for them to look at. I don't feel like I should have to pay anything extra since I've paid so much for the shoes, they should make it right. No more Hokas for me!

These shoes are cheaply made, I barely wore mine and a whole developed in the mesh on the top after just 2 months. Hokas customer makes you jump through hoops to refund their poorly made product

I would not purchase another pair. Big toe keeps jamming into the toe tip edge. My other fitness shoes have a smooth transition to the toe tip so this doesn't happen.

On September 3, 2024 after recovering from 2 knee replacements, I needed a new women's Elevon Plush trainer to get back into training and aerobics. Not only did Hoka decide to stop making the best trainer on the planet, they stopped making ALL plush trainers.
My only option was to try the women's Solimar with a balanced ride. OMG not only do these shoes suck at cushioning, they are ugly af and look like a man's shoe. As if that isn't bad enough, there is no bootstrap to assist in the essential warm up and cool down stretches required after working out brand new knees. Also after wearing them to 6 aerobics classes and 6 HIIT sessions they have a horrible smell to them. They do not have enough cushioning and cause pain in my knees and back. I put them on in the gym, take them off when leaving the gym and leave them untied and wide open. I shower after every workout every day. They smell like crap.
Similarly, several years ago I purchased the women's Challenger waterproof hiking boot. When I literally wore those amazing shoes out, they stopped making them and now offer nothing even close to the beauty and comfort of that shoe. This shoe never developed a nasty smell. It was perfect. It was the last good shoe they made, they stopped making it.
One year ago, on September 3, 2023, I purchased the women's Bondi 8 multi colored shoes. Before I could even wear them , my knees both gave out and needed replacing. I wore them for the first time in July 2024 when I started slowly building up my distance and speed after surgery. They were like walking on clouds and were instrumental in my speedy recovery. I wear them with Hoka's No-Show run sock. After just a few months of wearing this shoe to do 5 miles 4x a week @ 3.8mph, these shoes also have a horrid smell after just 8 weeks. These shoes cost over $150.
It seems to me that Hoka is catering to the all gender shoes using crappy cushioning and plastic that causes horrific smells after being worn. So disappointed.

I bought these thinking I could replace my Rincon 3's with them since the new Rincon's are horrible. I really wanted to love them but I just cannot. The top material is so thin you can see the outline of all my toes and the size barely fits in length.I also bought WIDE thinking they would be better since it seems all "new" HOKA's are being made narrower, but they were not very wide and were just uncomfortable. I'm so sad HOKA re-made the Rincon's and the Mach's b/c I loved both of them and now I cannot replace my old ones. I have previously told everyone that I love my HOKA's but I don't know what I will tell them now when they ask if I recommend them.

I bought these shoes for work. I'm a healthcare worker, so I'm in my feet a lot. These shoes are my least favorite HOKA and I cannot wear them. The heel is very shallow and uncomfortable.

As a nurse, I spend long hours on my feet, so finding the right shoes is crucial. Unfortunately, these Hokas have been a major letdown. Ever since I started wearing them, I've experienced knee, foot, and ankle pain. I was excited about these shoes because they look super cute and have garnered many compliments, but they fall short in terms of functionality.
I've previously worn other Hoka models like the Bondis and Cliftons and loved them, but these have been a huge disappointment. They simply do not provide the support I need for my demanding job. Such a bummer that these shoes don't live up to the standard I expected.

I'm disappointed in this shoe. I was hopeful after hearing from so many people that Hoka's are super supportive and feel amazing on your feet. I work out 4-6 days a week. I'm not a runner or a CrossFit person. I just do functional weight training with light cardio. I have worn ASICS for years and switched to Hoka's after my feet started getting sore/hot in my ASICS. I completed the Hoka quiz to determine which style of shoe I needed for my purposes, and I bought this one based on Hoka's recommendation. I was really hoping for more out of this expensive shoe.
