Stability and comfort

Comfortable, light, great support. Everything needed when suffering from plantar facsitis, heel spurs or bursitis. Light blue color is lovely; wish there were other light options though.

I bought my first pair from REI 4 years ago and have worn them ever since. They are very supportive and can wear my orthotics in them. There has a shortage of them in the past year so I just bought 2 colors to have "on hand". I tried other models since I couldn't get the Gaviota but they were not as supportive . They were comfortable but I prefer gaviotas . I wear a size 10 in a Gaviota which surprised me. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9. They run small .

I like Gaviota 4 even better than Gaviota 3, and I love the 3! I have flat feet and my custom orthotics work great in this shoe. Plenty of room in the toe box to accommodate the hammer toe on my right foot. I broke my ankle 40 years ago and this past year ankle arthritis has caused me to change my walking habits. This shoe provides great support for my heel and ankle, and is very stable upon planting my foot.

This shoe has great padding and a wide toe box, which is great for those of us with foot issues. The sole is wide and provides great balance and stability. It's also just a very attractive shoe. Worth every penny.

I use my Gaviota 4 shoes for walking. This style is perfect for my flat feet without an orthotic! I appreciate that you added colors after the initial black launch. The toe box is roomy while the rest the the shoe hugs my heal nicelytranslating into a good fit for me with no blisters!

The improvement in the upper design really made a difference in comfort.

I work in the service industry and I'm on my feet all day, my back used to bother me and my shifts were painful until I started wearing these.

I am someone with painful, arthritic knees who likes to remain active. I do a lot of low-impact aerobics and walking. The Gaviota 4 provides excellent cushioning and stability that protect my knees and greatly minimize pain from impact. This is a terrific shoe! I highly recommend it to anyone who has chronic knee pain.

I have had previous foot surgery and these shoe making walking comfortable again!

I walk a lot and these sneakers are absolutely a joy to wear. I'm a size 11 Womens and need a wide toe box and these fit great.

I work in the film industry and am on my feet 12+ hours a day. These shoes are wonderfully supportive and worth the price tag!

Most comfortable sneaker ever

I love buying Hoka shoes. I was worried that they would be too narrow as it did not let me put in a width. I normally buy a wide, but these are perfect.

Bought the shoes for my wife to wear for work. She loves it. Say the shoes are so comfortable. It's like walking on a cloud all day. She had Asics, Adidas, and Hoka is now her favorite.

On my feet all day and my feet feel are not throbbing at end of my shift!

I have been buying HOKA Gaviota shoes for many years for the stability and arch support. I usually wear them out on the bottoms because of how much I walk. The Gaviota 3 were an issue as they developed holes in the tops within a few months (I had two pair do this) so when the fours were available I jumped at the new model. These are so much better made!! The tops are a different type of material which so far have held up well, and the biggest surprise was these are a much more comfortable shoe! I can wear them all day for 20,000 steps plus. My only complaint is the shoelaces regularly untie themselves while walking, so have to be double knotted.

This is the only shoe I can wear. Several foot surgeries. I need a new pair of shoes.

I bought my Hoka's for work. I'm on my feet all day and wearing my Hoka's my feet don't hurt. They are like walking on air. I love them.

I wear these shoes at least 10 hours a day and they are great for walking.
