Great everyday walking shoe

They feel great from the moment I put them on. I have mortons neuroma but these and the clifton 9 feel great (i use my own insert). While they are a bit heavy not so much that I can't walk in them all day and my feet never get tired. Quality is good and while they a bit thick the soles, I don't mind.

My doctor told me to buy Hoka after my plantar fascitis condition. The best advice!

I love these. I recently went to a concert and saw a woman with the exact sane pair on and she said she loves hers too and never wants to take them off! I agree

Only thing I found is it is narrow so needed a half size up from the bondi fit. Can't wait to test them out on vacation.

Great arch support and cushioning for long hours on my feet. Not pain free but a far cry better than other brands that promise zero discomfort.

This is my first time to buy Hoka shoes and I am totally impressed with how lightweight and comfortable it feels. My feet feels so good even after the 12 hours work in the hospital.

The wide fit is perfect.No breaking them in.Comfortable and easy on my knees.They are worth the price

I love my Hoka Gaviota's! I'm ready for them to start putting a better insult in them so I don't have to buy the extra insult for the arch support and outside foot support that I need on top of what the shoe already gifts. They are an amazing shoe!

I am a teacher, and I am heavy, and these shoes have changed my life. They are SO supportive, they keep my feet from "rolling", they are comfortable for extended time I will never own another brand of sneaker again. I wish they made dress shoes.

I have a great deal of arthritis so I need really good support for my high arches and fused bones in my foot. I am very active so comfort and stability are everything. These really fit the bill!!

I have a few pair of these and find they are so comfortable and great support. One pair I wear is working in a high volume Interventional Radiology Department and I'm on my feet many hours a day and they hold up wonderfully.

I read a newspaper article re the best running/walking shoes & the Hoka Gaviota 4 was on the list. These are best shoes I have bought in a long time. The article stated reviewers noted the shoes take some time to break in. I did not have any break in issues with Gaviota 4s. Really comfortable with great support. I did purchase a half size larger because I wear orthotics.

After a total knee replacement my physical therapist recommended a good stable shoe for my recovery. I've had several pairs of Hokas that I already loved, but they were worn in the pattern of my old knee. I purchased these and literally have worn no other shoe. Usually the first thing I do upon returning home is kick off my shoes, but with these I don't want to! I keep them on because they are so comfortable and supportive! I am actually looking to buy a second pair!

These are my third pair of Hoka's, and my second favorite pair. The Bondi are a better fit for my foot, but this pair is very comfortable as well. I hiked several miles on vacation and these shoes did not leave me with tired, aching feet at the end of the day! Would definitely recommend!

Noticed these on folks I work with, and decided to try a pair. I have 2 replaced knees and 1 replaced hip and walk 5+ miles a day. I have worn lots of brands, with and without arch support, padding, and all sorts of gimmicks. For me, these are perfect. No breaking in period. No 'hot foot' syndrome (it's a thing!) Enough arch support but not an insane amount. Padding and stabilization. Only wish is a wider range of colors in the Gaviota but I can live with that. I'm hooked!

Gaviota 4 is my 3rd pair and is the best one yet. I couldn't believe how light it is. When I got the package, I thought it was empty! That's how light the shoes are! They are so comfy. For people like me with low arch (almost flat), get this one!

The wider base makes these shoes feel especially stabilizing. As big as they are they are still fairly flattering. Particularly comfortable in the toe box.

I just live my shoes! Talk about comfort. My bone spur doesn't hurt. I can walk in these shoes all day long. I purposely bought them for when I travel to Mexico and will be walking all day. I have tried other shoes from other companies and ended up returning them for refunds. I am so pleased, I am looking at another pair, different style. Hoja is for me!
