Bought these in advance of a 3-day backpacking trip in the Sierras. Did not break them in in advance, they felt great and worked well, with good traction and support. Would recommend.

I bought these boots for a trip to Iceland and didn't wear them prior to my first hike. They were extremely comfortable and great for light hikes. Highly recommend!

The title says it all. You get a boot that is ultra light like a running shoe, but built durable enough to do boot things. The quality and construction is top tier. The best in the industry. The fit and comfort is top tier. Supportive and sure footed, while being ultra plush. With HOKAs, I buy a size a 12.5, when I wear a 13 in other brands as HOKAs fit a little bigger than other shoes/boots.

So far these feel just like my other hoka boots. I wear boots everyday for electric line work. Durability and comfort is the most important thing! I've had the Kaha GTX 1 and 2's and the Stinson GTX. THE STINSON WERE THE BEST SHOE! Apparently hoka doesn't make them anymore! Hopefully these boots will be as durable as the Stinsons

I've only owned by pair for 2 weeks. I got used to them indoors, they felt great, so I took them on a 3.5 hike with steep grade at top. I love them: light and sturdy - a great combination. To really protect my ankle, I wore a lace-up flexible brace that fit well into the shoe.
I will return with a review in a year to report on versatility and longevity.

I bought this for my trip to Yosemite. No need to break in felt comfortable like a running shoe and provided the same support just like a high top hiking boot. Lightweight and comfortable, would recommend!

Let's start with I'm not a big hiker, so this is only my second pair of hiking shoes. It's really lightweight and plush. I removed the inner liner and replaced it with a custom orthotic and feels great. I have a few pairs of Bondi 8 which has a roomier toe box. This one's toe box is definitely snug I've walked a bit in them and have gotten a lot of compliments! Can't wait to see how they hold up.

I hike/trex a few miles daily, super comfortable, could use a tad bit more support in rocky uneven terrain.

This boot was incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I generally walk around the house for a bit in my new shoes, although this hasn't been necessary with any of my Hokas. I have 5 pairs.
I would classify this as more of an entry level boot as opposed to some of the other offerings. It is just what I needed. My other boots are more technical and considerably heavier.

I work standing and walking in concrete floors in an office and warehouse. These shoes help with the fatigue that goes with working on concrete.

So light weight and comfortable!!!!!! Highly recommend! If you are a lady with wide feet consider buying the men's version in your size.

Got these a month ago, and absolutely love them. Been fly fishing, hiking, and backpacking in them. Hiked 6 miles in the snow and fully submerged them in water, and my feet stayed dry the whole time. Grip is fantastic, and they are so light, it feels like you aren't wearing shoes at all. Highly recommend.

It was a Father's Day gift for my husband. He's a UPS driver who works in New York City, so he has a lot of deliveries and a lot of walking to do so these boots are perfect gift for him. He loves it, he wore it the next day to work. He said they're so comfortable. I'm so happy! Thank you Hoka!!

Very comfortable boot. Although it's listed as a hiking, trail boot, I use it as a work boot (I'm in the self storage business) and do a moderate amount of walking in all types of weather and it's a great work boot. I will definitely order again. Only issue I have is that I brought the gray orange pair (Hoka in large letters on side) and I thought they would be a little bit darker. I was expecting a charcoal gray, but they are normal gray. Otherwise they are perfect. I would have given 4.5 stars for that, but since I can't. I gave 5.
