Super comfortable pair of trail shoes. I use them for playing softball and my feet never hurt even after playing 4 games in the outfield. I've convinced several of my teammates to buy them.

I have narrow-ish feet and the toe box is a perfect fit. The Speedgoat 5 is spongy, supportive, comfortable, and VERY lightweight for a trail runner!

I hike. Perfect fit matters. Tongue looks bizarre, but it works. Best tongue ever! Wide fits as described and I need the extra width and instep. Feather weight with deep cushion is wonderful. I love the crazy colors!

This is my first speedgoat 5, and so far so good. I've had 2 pairs of the previous model which I loved. Too soon for me to say if I feel the same about the 5. The speedgoat is definitely the Hoka model that works for me! I'm 235 lbs and wear wide shoes. Other models go soft or lose the grip quickly (perhaps because of my weight), or simply don't come in widths (I wish the mafate would!). I'm glad I found them, though.

Hoka promised me a free pair of Hoka shoes (my choice) for filling out this 5 star add.

My third pair of Speedgoats and many positives. Uppers hold up really well--never had a tear or seam break despite daily trail use. Break-in takes only 1-2 runs. Best part is the comfortable fit. Like a glove. Never experienced irritation, hot-spots, or "get me out of here" foot. The most comfortable interior I have had in 50 years of running. Only complaint is the color palate. Could use at least one choice on the more modest side--perhaps a navy blue, dark green or even black. I realize your thing is bright colors but at my age it feels like I have broken away from a Pride Parade!

I've used the Speedgoat for hiking and the gym. I have loved the shoe so dar.

While walking camino in Spain and Portugal I abandoned my hiking boots for a pair of speed goat 5.... loved them.... no problem with the feet and extremely comfortable. Getting ready for another hike through Austria, Czech Republic and Poland so I got myself another pair.

Fits like a glove. Who says trail shoes can't be comfortable?

It's a great shoe for varied terrain - I used it running my first ultra (50k) and my feet felt great the whole time (and after). I had purchased them just prior and had one or two shorter runs in before putting them to the test.

I loved the first pair so much that I bought another pair.

First time putting them on...wow! The feeling is awesome! I can tell that they've put a lot of effort into designing a sneaker that will perform amazingly! My first day in them, I was breaking them in at Asbury woods. The first hill going down... I turn a little sideways to take away any hypertension of my knees, and these sneakers grabbed the hillside like a winter tire! My second hill going down... towards the end of it, these sneakers wanted to actually "propel me" forward! I loved it! Definitely love love love these Hokas! I'm planning on purchasing another pair in a few weeks. Absolutely recommend this brand

Great comfort, fit and appearance.

I have a bad lower back and I'm on my feet at least 8 hours a day and I can definitely tell a difference between Hoka and other brands. Hokas ate much better!

Have owned Speed goats 3 & 4, as well as several other brands of trail shoes. These are the best yet. Improved tongue, improved heal strike area, great fit (I ordered for a wide foot), foot bed is comfortable. Great job Hoka, keep it up!!

Shoes fit great! Went on rather strenuous 6 mile trail hike right out of the box! Felt like I've owned them for years! So excited to have discovered these!!! Highly recommend!!! I'm a fan for life!!!
