Ordered my shoes off the website and didn't have them a week and the bottoms of the shoe starting tearing away not even having the shoes a week.

I use this shoe tor cross training. They run narrow so you may need a wide. I wear a size 9 medium in the Clifton which fits perfect. I needed a 9 wide in the Solimar. What I like about the Solimar vs other Hoka models is the Solimar has a more firm sole. The sole is still very soft compared to non-Hoka shoes but firm relative to the Bondi or Clifton. Great shoe, I would highly recommend.

I use mine mainly for walking

The comfort of the Solimar is very good! What I don't like is that the tongue on both shoes slides all the way to the edge of the lace holes. The tongue doesn't stay centered and I have to pull the tongue to the center quite often. It is very annoying! A couple of my other Hoka models do this also. I have dozens of Hoka shoes so I do love the brand! Can you prevent this on future shies!

I tried to different shoes and both were not as I expected they would be, you would think that because of the brand and price you would feel more comfortable but to be honest it's not the case, I had more comfortable and stable shoes with cheaper brand (sketchers, under armour) it's sad but true. So disappointed.

I love Hoka, I have a bunch of different pairs. But this turned out to be my least favorite. This shoe is narrow, even in a wide, it's still a lot narrower than the Hupana. It does not breathe well either, my feet tend to be more sweaty at the end of the day wearing these compared to Hupana. I wish they would just bring it back instead of the Solimar. Overall, the shoe is light and cushioned enough for daily use. I use it for walking all day at work. Better suited for people with narrow feet.

I really liked the look of this shoe online and when they arrived in my home. I have always loved HOKAS, but not this pair. I wore them out for three hours to casually wander a park at an event. My feet hurt, arched hurt, toes hurt. I'm so glad it is easy to return and replace with a different style. Still love HOKAS.

I haven't had any issues so far and they're quite comfy. They have also held up in pick up sports and what not so that's been good.

This is my initial time with Hoka's and I am very impressed. As everyone testifies, they are really, really comfortable. I have to find out which model will be the best for me but I am very happy with my purchase.

My Hoka shoes are so light and comfortable!

I wear this shoe to work and also for walking. I ended up needing to do an exchange for the Wide size as the standard sizing was a bit narrow. Now that I have the right size, I am happy with the overall comfort of the shoe.

I wear a 9.5 but offers a 10. Gives me a little extra toe room. Shoe fits and feels great. Comfortable and no tired feet after a run.

My primary use of the shoes is for wearing while attending Orange Theory fitness classes. One day I was waiting for class to start and counted the number of people wearing HOKA and that number was 8 out of like 20 or so. I figured that many people couldn't be wrong so I purchased a pair for myself to find out. Not only do I love my shoes but I was unaware until after purchase of the high amount of recycled material in the manufacture of your products, that is something I feel strongly about supporting. Stylish, comfortable, light and great quality! Very pleased with my purchase.

Can be used at the gym or even as business casual, depending on the type of business you're in.

I'm 6'5 and 230 lbs!! By far, this is the BEST shoe I've ever purchased! I'm definitely buying another! The comfort of the Homs is off the charts!

I purchased these for everyday wear. Very comfortable and light wt. Very pleased with them.

I wore the shoes on a plane to NYC and then to Dallas, it was hot and humid in Dallas, I got in in the middle of the night and as I stepped out of the uber, the whole sole of the shoe fell off. Not sure if the glue melted or what. I'd totally buy another pair, but the quality wasn't there. I saw another review mentioning the sole coming off, so I'm writing the review so you guys can figure out how to glue shoes together better. I already got a refund and bought GAVIOTA 5 so don't need any help.
