Good for cross training and running.

I run plus I'm on my feet all day as an upright bassist, these are excellent cloud pillows for my feet!

Fits great and gives good support for CrossFit workouts

Great shoe

Excelent shoe for gym workouts and all around comfort during the day. I even used them for work and feel a lot firmer than a Clifton or Bondi

I work at a School were I'm on cement floors, I dont have the pain I did.

This shoe is as good as the Clifton's which use to be my go to shoes short to mid range marathon training. The kawana is just se good, light weight but good support.

Love the shoes and look forward to expandig my Hoka repertoire. I will write a full review after I've worn them more. Initially purchases in size 10.5 my regular size. But they were too tiight. Size 11 was perfect

I wear them on my feet

I use these as a walking shoe and an everyday comfortable shoe. I am on my feet a lot and find HOKA to be the best shoes out there. Had foot surgery a few years ago and these are very comfortable on my feet and my feet are not tired at the end of the day.

i have had several pairs of these shoes and they are all that i wear. they are wildly comfortable and last a really long time.

Primarily used for recovery and long runs. A little heavy, but at my age (70) comfort is a good thing. Coming from Bondi, not quite as cushioned but extremely comfortable. Have used them for 1 tempo run and they were even acceptable for that. Would gladly recommend them for a friend.

This was my 1st pair from this brand and they are amazing for working out, running errands, and running in general. I will never buy a pair of Nike, New Balance, or any other brand. They cost more but worth it and last longer.

Running

I am easily getting more acquainted with my shoes, looking forward to wearing more Hoka shoes!!!

2nd pair of Hoka's. I like my 1st pair , but I love the 2nd pair. I had purchased Clifton's before, but he current shoe (Kawana) is better.

I exchanged my original purchase because of the color. The exchange process was flawless and I love the fit and feel of my new shoes

Perfect shoe for someone with PF and does not want to quit running and walking. As a heel striker this shoe keeps my foot in perfect alignment and seems to force me to strike closer to the front of the foot. I love my Arahi 6's, these feel better

I mostly use these as casual tennis shoes but they're extremely comfy for walking around in! I have a long stride so I love the way the outsole curves at the heel and toe and the rubber provides a lot of cushion so it doesn't take such a toll to be active all day.

This is the BEST HOKA (Kawana) I have ever purchased

The Internet is wrong about this shoe. This hybrid shoe works super cushioned and stable in the gym, and it is smooth, cushioned, and bouncy in the road. I think Hoka is on to something BIG with this new foam. It is soft, bouncy, and stable. I love it! This shoe is the sleeper hit of 2022.
