It's a very comfortable shoes, good for walking and running also. I still need more time to feel it. So far so good.

Comfortable mostly but a little short. Usually get 11.5 wide but probably 12 wide would be a better fit. Like the support and cushioning though

I have been wearing the Gaviota for a few years and I'm happy with my new Gavioto 4's with one exception the shoe laces will not stay tied unless you double knot them. Whatever material Hoka was using for the laces on the Gaviota 3, I hope they go back to that for the 5.

I bought Gaviota 4 is because Gaviota 3 is the best running shoes period but unfortunately Gaviota 4 is unmatched compare with Gaviota 3. Even though they look the same but when you wear it it very different.

My wife swears by your shoes and I was looking forward to getting my own pair. I have plantar faciates and had read that these shoes would be good for alleviating that and the pain. The shoes are lightweight, good looking and initially comfortable. Even with my orthotics my pain was worse than my other shoes (Shechers).

This product is very nice, I would buy it again. I was supposed to get the women version, instead I have the men one. I was going to return it, first I didn't like it after while I decided to keep.

Bounce is good, I got my usual sized running shoes and they were very hot and tight. But that's the only downsize. Great shoes aside from that. Look, comfort, bounce, is great. My heels didn't hurt as they normally do.

The shoes appear comfortable but size is too small. Have to return the size 11 and try a 11.5 or 12.

So many people talked up Hoka and made me feel that I was missing out so I ordered shoes for street walking and comfort. My expectations were maybe too high, I expected softer cushioning. I wear ultra-marathon shoes that are super cushioned as well as super ugly and really shouldn't be compared to Hoka. I like the Hokas more as I get used to them, a good shoe at a good price, I will probably order again.

Gaviota 4 fit and feel perfect, exactly what I was looking for and the Shoe Finder led me to them. Only knock is a piece of the tread on the right and left shoes' outside heel has already fallen off and I've worn them less than 7 days.

Not as good for my feet as the Bondi 8. Soles feel harder, a little heavier than the Bondi but very supportive if you need that.

I use this and my Bondis as everyday shoes. I can no longer run but the comfort they provide my feet are well worth the expense. These feel more stable to me than the Bondi but are not as comfortable. I am hoping they provide more durability as after going through five pairs of Bondis my wallet is beginning to suffer. I wear a 12 Wide, and these were true to size.
