I do not like the feel nor fit of the most expensive sneakers i ever owned. I especially do not like the built in almost sock like approach. Nor do i care for how the laces overlap on that part of my foot as a result. All my other Hoka sneakers feel fine. I especially cant get over the half while/ black color design. If i had seen them in a store, i would have tried them on and passed on these. My other Hoka are far more suited for Ironman training. Id appreciate it if you can assist me with the return.

After wearing them for 2 months I had to throw them away because they caused shin splints and knee problems. They felt hard every time I ran in them. I can't even go for a walk in them. Carbon X2 were better for my feet

I had to immediately return these shoes. They do not have a tongue on them. They have about a 3-½ inch hole that you have to try to wedge your foot into like a sock. If you think I am going to get a workout from these poorly designed shoes just getting them on my feet day in, day out, I think not.

The previous version was better. The sock like upper was soft and very comfortable. The upper on the new model is hard and abrasive. My wife and I went for a run and we both had to stop shortly into it because the upper was cutting into our ankles.

I’m a huge Hoka fan. I have 4 other pair (2 are Carbon X) of Hoka shoes. I love the style of the carbon X 3. However, they may be the biggest mistake since the ford Edsel. The shoe is a poor design. My Foot is still searching for the top of the shoe. Try to tighten it with the strings. It’s like wrapping a Christmas gift with out a box. Hoka should consider a total recall of this shoe. Sorry, but for $200 plus, this shoe is a disaster. I’m a 11.5 male.
