Love this shoe! When my daughter announced her engagement last November, I began looking for a dress and shoes, and seeing as how I am quite tall and wear a size 10.5 shoe, I knew it might be a challenging experience. I had thought I found the perfect shoe, but then had foot surgery, so had to change at the last minute. I found these shoes, and they came just a few days before the wedding. I wore them all afternoon and into the night with NO pain at all. They were so comfortable, and the heel height was just right for me, as at 5'10" I don't need any added height!

I ordered these to wear at my daughter's wedding, after having to jettison the original shoes I ordered due to foot surgery. These were amazingly comfortable! I wore them all evening with no problems at all.

Love it! Comfortable right out of the box. Perhaps it runs a little long without great arch support, but the stylishness and overall comfort makes up for it.

I hate returning this shoe. This is an attractive dressy shoe. Believe me all that in a 6.5 WW is an amazing find. For unknown reasons my right 2 smallest toes cramped every time I tried to wear these. Give them a try. The buckle heel strap really adjusts a lot.

I so wanted these faux Chanel shoes to be mine, but alas! my wonky feet have me returning them. First, they are so pretty! The quilted leather is a shimmery gold and not muted at all. So be prepared for a "gold leaf" type of leather, some of you may be turned off by that look. I have to return them because the leather is not too solid, so my flat feet spread out and opened the sides of the shoe too much. Because I have bunions, the vamp of the shoe was not long enough to cover them so the edge of the vamp cut into the bottom part of the bunion. I have a very wide toe area and a narrow heel so wide shoes are too big for me. I bought my true size 9.5m and my toes were comfy (I have Morton's toe) but my bunions would hurt and my feet opened up the sides of the shoes too much. Thank you Zappos for giving your customers free returns. I'm giving 5 stars because I think the problem with the shoes are due to my feet problems and not due to construction issues.

Needed this shoes to wear at an event in which I'd be on my feet all day. Never had a chance to break them in, and they were perfect. Easy to walk in, no heel slippage, and a beautiful blue metallic color. The patent leather means no scuffing at the toe. I was very happy with this purchase, and will be looking for other Trotters in the future.

I usually wear a size 12 M in every style, but these were too big. Tried an 11 1/2 M, still too big. Size 11 M was just great! As I walked across the room, my feet were slipping left and right, and the back strap slipped off, even tho' the shoes fit. Customer service suggested I get silicone heel and strap liners. Just for good measure I also got ball of foot ones too. Now, these very pretty shoes "fit like a glove"! I think I'll get a lot of use out of these. I bought them for an outdoor wedding, but they'll go with slacks and suits, too.

These shoes were chosen last minute for an overseas pilgrimage requiring comfort and style. They did not disappoint in many miles walked.

I have a narrow foot and it seems to get more narrow as I age. These shoes fit perfectly! I purchased them in Navy and Beige. They look especially lovely with slacks I think, very dressy and you can walk all day in them.

Wonderful shoe! Extremely comfortable right out of the box. Perfect for professional or casual wear. Will be ordering a second pair in another color.

I purchased theses shoes because of the review I read. They were right! I have the beginnings of bunions and was looking for a comfortable closed toed shoe I could wear to work. Oh and yeah, they needed to be stylish. I wore them all day in the training room and my feet never hurt. I will be looking at all their styles for the future.

These shoes fit great but didn't like the way they felt at the heel area. Too much motion and with my weak ankles was afraid of turning them.

The Trotters Dea is stylish, but comfortable. The patent leather toe gives it a dressy look. The solid heel gives good stability. They look dressy with slacks or mid-knee dress/skirt. I need exta-wide shoe and these are very comfortable. Of course, Zappos service cannot be beat.

I ordered 7N which is what I usually wear. It fits perfectly. I'm so happy because very few shoes fit me so well. I'm keeping this. Thanks Zappos. It will look great with my navy dress.

Very comfortable business-appropriate shoe. Classic style (though some could call it a little old-fashioned). It solved my problem of finding a comfortable shoe to go with business attire so I ordered it in two colors.

Very nice shoe. They fit true to size. I have a wide width and it is very comfortable. Look great with skirts and slacks.

Love this little shoe. Went with my standard 8 1/2 after reading other reviews and it is perfect. It's a very attractive shoe. Love the combination soft leather/patent leather. Another review stated that the little elastic in center top is very helpful for comfort with width. My feet can be very painful at big toes and this shoe is a wonderful fit for that. An excellent choice!

Super sharp looking, comfortable and appropriately generous for extra wide but not sloppy wide. Just right for the truly wide foot. Helps a lot that the slingback is adjustable. Cute shoe, well done.

These shoes are very comfortable. Due to reading a previous review, I ordered my regular size and half a size larger. I kept the half size larger because it gave a little more room that I needed and easily returned the other shoe. What fast and efficient service! I got the shoes I needed for a trip the next day and couldn't have been happier with the results.

Beautiful quality shoe. I have a foot that sometimes is sometimes is a narrow, sometimes a medium width. I decided to check the medium width and it is right for me. Returning this one and keeping a medium. Thanks Zappos for making the exchange so easy.
