I am not a 'shoe' person but love these so much I bought @ a dozen pairs (some doubles), I hope these are the srping/summer/fall shoes for life. I put them on in the morning, love the way they look and then they even feel better than hand-made in Italy shoes. At the end of the work day my feet are so comfortable I run all the errands I need to do & still don't hesitate to go out afterwards. When I come home I don't kick them off, or feel the need to as I change into 'comfy' clothes. I keep the DEAs by the bedside as I slip into them the first thing on getting up in the morning as they are like slippers on my feet. No need for any other shoe except for winter/snow as these are slingbacks.

LOVE. These shoes are perfect for work if you want to look professional and be super comfortable at the same time. A step up from boring ballet flats. Nice lines and nice quality. Easy to walk in. They look more expensive than they cost. All in all a great value.

The shoe fits well and is comfortable. The adjustable sling back makes ensures it stays on without slipping, even if you have a narrow heel. It's hard to find a nice navy shoe and I'm happy to have found this one.

I wore the shoes to an outdoor wedding. The shoes were comfortable the entire time; and performed well on lumpy grass, pebbled walkways, and the hardwood dance floor. They're patented leather, so they don't stretch (if you're hoping for a little breathing room you may want to go up 1/2 size). I felt the shoes were a perfect sized 5 1/2 for me. I'm planning on buying more shoes from Trotters because I love their styling, and they carry my size.

Bought this shoe to wear with a gray silk dress to a wedding. The wedding was an outdoor wedding so I wanted a shoe with a heel that I could walk on the lawn without sinking in and would be comfortable standing in for a period of time. They fit the bill perfectly. Only problem was I also ordered a plain gray pump because I didn't know which one I liked with the dress. I am returning the pump but the return instructions and/or phone number were not included so I will have to email for return instructions.

Ordered in both Nude and Black Metallic Croc. I like sling-back shoes because I have a narrow hell and often find dress shoes don't fit properly, i.e. heel is usually too wide and shoe slips off my feet. Unfortunately, sling-back shoes with a low heel in a style I like are not that easy to come by. I ordered a 6.5 medium and am very satisfied with the fit. These are the first Trotters I've purchased and will continue to purchase this brand.

These were for my 96-year old mother who wanted a new pair of shoes to wear to church. She liked the fact that the back strap was adjustable and once it was tightened one space these fit perfect.

I needed a dressy low heel for a wedding I am attending & these perky little shoes are perfect. Those of us with extra wide feet struggle to find shoes for special occasions so I was really pleased with these very comfortable shoes. Navy blue with a crocodile pattern on the uppers.

OMG so comfortable. The leather is so soft and with such a low heel, these shoes won't cause any pain. I did have to order a half size up. Normally I wear an 8, sometimes a 7 1/2. But the 8 seemed short length-wise, my heel hung off just a bit. So I ordered an 8 1/2 and the length was better.

Wow, I can see why these get 5 stars. Elegant and comfortable, would easily transition from work to a dinner out. My feet are wide at the toe, narrow at the heel, and these fit like a glove. Decided to go with something less formal, but they're beautiful shoes.

Very few shoe companies make a shoe that fits me. Every pair of Trotters I've bought to date fit my wide foot fine. Although I shop in vain for variety, I always have to go back to the companies who try harder to accommodate different sizes. These are a classy looking shoe.

I'm delighted to have found this shoe! The lacy-looking material around the foot is very soft and comfortable, and the heel is a good height, yet even with all that comfort, the shoe provides a nice dressy look with skirts. My narrow heel works better with the sling-back than with closed-back pumps.
If the heel were higher, they would look even cuter, but I couldn't wear a heel any higher, so I now compromise just a little on style to get the comfort!
I bought a second pair in nude and the two pairs are now my go-to shoes for dressy outfits.
Service from Zappos is always wonderful, too!

Very comfortable right out of the box. I have very wide feet and a bunion, so I went up a half size. They look great with pants and skirts and I wear them to work. I am a middle school assistant principal and I walk and stand most of the day.

My mother needed a pair shoes for my daughter's wedding and these were the perfect solution. She needed comfortable shoes because she has bunions on both feet so she ordered the shoes in a wide size. The shoes were comfortable and looked fantastic!

I love the Trotters Dea. This is my second pair. These are great business shoes and I can wear and stand in them all day. The wide and length is spot on. The Dea is just a classy Sling Back.
