I really didn't like the contrast between the matte back and the very shiny front (I got the "black patent / black leather" color). Too extreme, and I thought it made the front look tacky. Otherwise good, so another color may work better.

I ordered size 13M, and I tend to find that most shoes I order in size 12-13 are either spacious enough for my toes and too long in the back, or fit the back of my foot and squish my toes. In this scenario, the back is a bit too lose, and I thought the adjustable strap in the back would be useful, because I could tighten it, but even on the tightest setting it's still lose. Other than that, the shoe doesn't have much support. It is lightly padded, so it's not painful, but it's definitely pretty solid against your foot there is nothing isn't much for your arches. Overall the look of the shoe is quite nice, but for fit and support it's not super great.

I have been trying for so, so long to find low heeled pumps to wear with nicer skirts/dresses. Business meeting appropriate, professional looking. These fit better than any I've tried. They are comfortable. But oh, are they dowdy. Wish I could find a happy medium, like Trotters Pella with a slightly lower heel, instead of this flat block. Sigh. They make my legs look short and chunky.

Had high hopes for this one, even wore it after trying it around the house on the carpet first so I could still return if necessary. Alas, I was fooled. Wore them to work and they cut across the top of the front of my foot over the big toe area. So now they are under my shoe category of pretty but useless. Meh, and now I returnable. Would not recommend.

cannot rate comfort, as the shoe doesn't fit. Usually I order a 9 wide, but these come in WW! Great! so I ordered an 8 1/2 ww as well as the 9 ww. The 9WW was way too narrow. I was curious, so I measured my foot and other shoes that fit comfortably at their widest points and they are all 4 inches. This shoe, however is only 3 1/2" wide in the double wide. I didn't even bother trying on the 8 1/2...

I like the style and shape of the shoe, but my heel flops too much when I walk. I ordered a Munro style which has a strap across the front of my foot and fits better.

I have a very wide foot with bunion and hammertoe, and usually order a 9 1/2 or 10 WW. I ordered a 9 1/2 WW width, but the shoe felt more like a B or D width across the toe area. The heel strap seemed to be slightly tight also. There was no way I could wear these shoes. They looked good, but were just way too tight.

These are beautiful shoes so it breaks my heart to return them, but they run extremely narrow! I could tell as soon as I took them out of the box that they would be way too narrow. I wear a W or WW depending on the style, and I could not even slip it past my toes. I cannot rate comfort because I could not get it on my foot.

I purchased these shoes to wear with dresses at the office. They look nice with my dresses and a nice pair of slacks. I appreciate the heel height. The sole is a little too thin for me to be truly comfortable. I'm just going to have to keep looking for the right balance of style and comfort. I love Zappos' selection and their quick delivery. This shoe is comfortable and stylish. However, the strap on both pairs I bought broke after one summer. I was very disappointed. It is not a cheap shoe and I expect more.

I wear an 11.5 Narrow. I ordered these shoes to wear to work. They are so small. I had at least two inches of my foot hanging off of the back of the shoe. So small. They are going back.

I purchased for work, but found the noise and lack of arch support unacceptable. I still use as a backup when I am not wearing heels.

Have been looking for a dressier shoe in a tan/bone color and although the color is perfect and the show is cute on, it doesn't fit as well as I'd hoped. My toes are a little squished but need to be or they flop off of me, even after tightening the back strap. Not for walking around a lot, but they work for short events or the office where I'm sitting most of the time.

Even though I have a wide foot, I can typically wear 10 medium, only occasionally requiring wide width. I purchased a size 10.5 medium "just in case," and it was too too small! Also too narrow for me. If you have a borderline width, go for the wider size, and I would have to get an 11 if I decided to reorder these. Otherwise a beautiful shoe!

Sad that these supposedly wide shoes were really not wide in the toe box at all - just a tiny triangle of elastic in the front.

I wish that I could say I loved them, but I found them to be too narrow for me (and I I ordered the WW width). I keep trying to order various styles of Trotters, but each time I find them to be too narrow for me. It is time for me to forego this brand. I will be returning these shoes.

I like that this shoe is very much what I expected. However, I felt it was it bit tight in the toes--my toes were rubbing and it was loose in the back. It should be noted that all shoes like this and full shoes fit me this was. That may just be the shape of my feet. I would definitely recommend these shoes and will wear them for my occasion even though it's not an ideal fit for me.

If only the toe box had been a bit deeper, these would have been perfect shoes for almost everything I own! Alas, 60+ year old feet do not suffer discomfort for any reason. Back they go. My sister, who owns a black pair, loves them!

I wanted to love this shoe. I bought two pairs...but there is no arch support at all and the toe box is tighter around where the patent leather is. Not good. I'm going to have both stretched to see if they are any better after that.
