very nice jacket. Does the job against wind & rain.

I love it. I want it many times. But it has always not been a suitable size. When it has a suitable size, I buy it immediately. It was very light and comfortable. Also, it can be worn during autumn and spring, and during the winter it can be worn as a shell.

So happy with this purchase. Excellent quality as well as service.

I have been looking for an ideal wet weather running jacket - and the Beta fits the bill perfectly. I've found the Norvan to be fine for showers, but not stand up to anything more UL coastal heavy rain. The combination of added layers & a little more weight (although not too much) makes this a great protective layer for when the winds & rain get up.

A bought this jacket after upgrading from another premier manufacturer. It has been my bad weather saviour time & time again. From a passing shower while out walking to keeping a 48 hour deluge at bay while camping, it's been there. Paired with a warm mid layer, this jacket is the benchmark for outdoor clothing

Really like this jacket. It's lightweight but gets the job done. I've never had it leak despite using it in some pretty gnarly weather.

If you want a jacket that is both sporty and slick enough to be a dress down item then this is it. For me in Switzerland it is the perfect piece in any occasion.

This replaced a 10+ year old identical jacket. The original was outstanding, and this one is even better. Lighter, more breathable, quieter, better zippers. And superlative customer service from Arcteryx. Hard to imagine how it can get better!

I bought this jacket a couple of months ago and took it on a 30-day backpacking trip through Wyoming's Absaroka Range. Rained 29/30 days and snowed and hailed. The jacket held up super nicely. Only thing was that after 3 weeks the jacket stopped drying off and the water didn't really repel as well as it used too but the Goretex spray fixed it
