We have waterhog mats at every entrance in our house and they live up to the hype in every way. Incredibly durable, easy to clean - and with this tree pattern, the mats look even more stylish in the home.

I have never gotten anything from LLBean that I haven't liked and this rug keeps that record going.

Grabs dirt off your shoes

This is our second Waterhog mat. We have one outside the back door and the new one is in the kitchen, inside the back door. Before we got the inside one, I had a pretty, but not very effective, braided mat there, and we had lots of leaves, dirt, and wet footprints tracked in on the floor. The new mat handles that problem and is good looking too. Recommend with no reservations!

I have bought so many kitchen rugs over the years and eventually I had to throw out. Some did not stay in place while others soon looked dirty shortly after they were on the floor! This rug does not slip and looks great!

This is a great product. Durable and attractive, we have two already and contemplate getting another for our back door. You can scuff your muddy shoes on it, wash it clean with a hose, and it looks great.

Using this inside. Because it's heavy, it's easy to vacuum in between hosing it down outside. Works as I'd hoped for entry from backyard -- prevents dirt and moisture from getting tracked inside.

Outstanding product

I researched these waterhog mats for some time before purchasing; I wanted something made in the USA that wouldn't be uncomfortable on bare feet or my dog's feet - I have one dog who jumps over mats that are uncomfortable. I noticed in reviews of other patterns that there were some complaints about denser patterns being uncomfortable on bare feet, so I went with the "tree" design, which seemed to have good spacing of the "bristles" and the lower mat area. This was for my front door entryway (inside) where there's a lot of traffic. I got the dark brown color - I was a little hesitant about the color choice because one of my dogs is white and sheds a lot, and I thought it would be an issue if I couldn't easily clean the fur off the mat (you can't wear dark colors in my house, not with all the white fur). So far absolutely no complaints - the mat vacuums clean very easily and has kept my wood floor from being soaked by wet shoes and paws. And my super-sensitive dog doesn't object to walking on it. I purchased a smaller size - paw pattern - for my kitchen and am pleased with that one as well. Highly recommend.

We are using it at the bottom of stairs and it does not slip at all. Sturdy and attractive.

I love this rug. We use it the minute we walk into our house. The gray is the perfect color on our marble-look tile. Very absorbent, attractive and gets the dirt off our shoes. This is a well-made rug. I highly recommend it.

This doormat looks good, and works well in our snowy, wet Wisconsin winters, so that slush doesn't get tracked into the house. It's excellent quality and seems like it will last a long time.

High quality mat that doesn't slip, traps dirt without looking dirty, and looks really nice against wood floors. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the camel color and the durable look of the small water hog mat, I ordered a second mat in medium. My muddy boots and the water my dog and I track in are no longer an issue on our Missouri farm.

I bought this for the entrance from the backyard that comes into my laundry room. I always battle lots of dirt, snow, etc. getting tracked in from outside. When it is wet outside, the laundry room becomes a real hazard area. However, now this rug collects it all and I can vacuum it up easily. The recent snows and rains have not been a problem and my laundry room looks great and isn't scary to walk through. I needed the low profile because the door is too close to the flooring in that room. I love the tree design! It looks sharp and performs beyond expectations!!!

Handsome and woodsy, with nice charcoal coloring. If I had one teeny tiny complaint, it's that Pine needles embed in the surface. We live in a very wooded place, and they don't vacuum off the rug leaving it looking a little dirty all the time. But hey, that's the price of living in a beautiful woodsy place. I will take it.

Rather than continue using random, mismatched entryway carpets, I purchased two generously sized water hog doormats. They look great, function perfectly, and are worth every penny for their looks and performance.

Very happy with this rug

I needed a door mat but could not find just the right one and at a reasonable price. After several days of searching through catalogs, etc. I received an email from LL Bean and there was the mat I was looking for. It came in several colors and sizes and after ordering it and receiving it, I was so pleased with the quality and the fact that it was a safety mat that gripped to the floor so it did not slip when stepped on. I would recommend this mat.

Delivered on time. Performs as advertised: sturdy, does not slide, absorbs water readily. Recommended.

This doormat is simple to clean and it picks up the dirt before it gets into the house. Very happy with it!
