it feel really good

Good fit. Right amount of cushion

Shoe looks to be ok but is a low quality. The main reason for return is this: I live in PHOENIX and this shoe keeps my foot to hot I am used to the GT2000-7 shoe

MY USUAL SIZE ARE 11.5 IN ANY ATHLETIC SHOE. ZAPPOS ONLY HAD THE EXCITE 9 IN A SIZE 12 SO I ORDERED THEM SINCE I LOVED THE DESIGN SO MUCH.THE LENGTH RUNS A FULL SIZE SMALL.MY BIG TOE IS BUTTING UP AGAINST THE TOP OF THE SHOE WITH ONLY 1 OR 2 MILLIMETER SPACE, I WOULD HAVE NEEDED A 12.5. I DID KEEP THE SHOE SINCE THEY ARE SO SUPPORTIVE ON THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET.I WANTED TO USE THEM AS A PICKLEBALL SHOE BUT WILL PROBABLY USE THEM AS A WALKING SHOE

the fit was perfect the size was a half too much snd the cover over the feet is very very broken in i feel its a bit weird to have shoes with loosened broken in shoes idk how else to describe other than saying its a 89% perfect pair of shoes

The left Achilles’ tendon heel pull tab dug so deeply into my left ankle that I have a wound. I am returning the sneakers. I just order another pair of Gel- Excite 8’s. I have never had this problem with the 8’s. The 9’s are not the same and feel slightly narrower.

I like the looks and the price, although they felt 1/2 size too long and a bit wider than normal. I was surprised how quickly the mesh had worn through at the toe on the left shoe and is quickly following on the right show. They are just over 3 months old.

Nice shoe but ASICS have become too narrow for me to wear. I am 10.5 and these are too uncomfortable for me. Bought mizuno instead and no issues.

I love Asics shoes. Have been wearing them for running, walking and urban hiking for 30 years. They fit my feet better than any other brand. But sometimes the last (the model of the foot used to design shoes) changes or shoes are manufactured differently in one location or another and they don't fit. This pair was very narrow in the heel. Uncomfortably narrow. Too narrow. I did not feel that the shoes would loosen up sufficiently with wear, so I have returned them. I'll try another pair, maybe a different style.

Longtime Asics running and trail shoe customer. Bought these budget shoes just looking for a nice pair of walking around shoes for jeans and shorts. The good: nice looking, good fit, breathable, comfortable. The bad: for Asics the color "black" isn't really black like other brands, it's more of a really really dark gray, but not a deal breaker. However, I returned these because one shoe lace was a good 8-10 inches shorter than the other lace. So, using all eyelets, the right shoe had long laces that could be tied in double knots with room to spare; however, the left shoe lace was so short that it was difficult to even tie a single knot. Unacceptable quality control issue. Sent them back and ordered the Asics Contend model and will see how it works. I do appreciate Zappos' customer service and immediately crediting VIP customers with refunds upon UPS scanning.

It feels like it will wear out in 2-3 weeks.

felt thin, uneven support

Nice looking comfortable shoe, but just after 2 months of walking 15-20 miles/week, the very thin upper material on the toe had a hole; the right shoe will follow soon. A little disappointed, but you sometimes get what you pay for with shoes. They felt a little larger, even though I wear a 12 M.

Both sneakers got a pretty substantial hole within a few weeks of daily wear. Haven't had this problem with Asics before and was a real bummer.
