Omg these shoes feel amazing!!!

Left Asics Nimbus years ago for Brooks Ghost because Asics kept changing the toe box so much that one version I needed a narrow and the next a wide. They never fit right. Loved the Ghosts until the last 2 versions when Brooks changed the cushioning material in the soles. I was getting knee pain after 3-4 months even using my orthotics in them. I decided to try to switch back to Asics and am so glad I did. The 23s had so much cushioning my knee pain improved rapidly. I decided to get a second pair and found the 24s instead. They have even more cushioning than the 23s. I really like the thinner tongue. The toe box in each was normal. I was able to order the medium and they felt fine. I will be switching back and forth between Nimbus and Ghosts depending on how the companies muck around with design and cushioning in the future. I wish the 24s came in all the color combos of the 23s.

Like walking on clouds, seriously. I was a big fan of the Asics GTX sneakers for many years. I recently got back to walking, a lot, like 5 miles a day. I bought the gel walkers, which are fine, but then I asked spouse to get me these, and just wow. Five miles was never as comfortable as it was today. I hope Asics makes these forever, though I expect they will. I remember seeing the Nimbus ones when I would get my GTX sneakers. When mine wear out I will buy again, or maybe I'll ask for a backup pair for Christmas.
