I am an actual mechanic. I bought these because they fit my personality, everyone else seems to love their dickies, so I thought I'd give it a go. First of all, they run SMALL. I mean even with measurements to suit their size guide, a Large was not big enough. If you have an athletic build and a chest to go with it, you'll find getting out of these is akin to a horrific adventure filled with flailing around, twisting and turning just to get them off your shoulders. There is no FLEX to them whatsoever. No stretch, no room to move. They're SEE THROUGH and do not give you room for pants unless you're in yoga pants. Don't go without if you do with any other set- because everyone will know what your underwear is. I loved the baby pink color regardless of how dirty I know they will get. But they're awful for the main reasons above. Thin, no Flex, zipper isn't long enough and gets caught at mid-abdomen, and it TRAPS YOU. please, I know female mechanics are a handful, but do us diligence and give us a set of dickies that are as good as your men's sets. Please. Also, edited to add: these are one of the few sets I found that don't have a short alternative. I had to adjust it 4 inches in length.

The look and fit of these coveralls are great! However, I wore them working on a mural in the sun and almost died of the heat! The description says the fabric helps with temp regulation but man, was I HOT in them!!! all the same, I'll give it another go(:

This looked like exactly what I was looking for when I saw it online, but the quality when it arrived was not what I expected. I ordered both red and white. The material was very rough and stiff, while also feeling very flimsy and lightweight. Usually I'm not too concerned about stiff fabric if it is substantial (like rigid denim) because I know it will wear and wash well and feel softer over time. Because this was so lightweight, I felt like it would just deteriorate through wearing and washing. The zipper had no glide and was very difficult to get fully zipped. The fit was actually very nice, which made this even more disappointing. If the materials were improved, I would consider reordering.

I bought these for leisure wear quality was good legs were long and did not fit well at waist.

Looks good. Comfortable. Zipper sucks! It stops around waist area for no reasons. I have to zip up and down few times to get it up all the way.

The fit on these is perfect if you're wearing them for street wear, however if you're doing actual work in them (I work in a carpentry shop) they'll never hold up, the material is far too thin.

These coveralls are very comfy and well made at a great price point. I bought them to wear not for work just to be clear. From the front they are adorable, although I will say they are bright red, in the picture online they look a bit brick red. The issue is the back, there is a wide funky piece of elastic above the butt. It causes a weird bunching and makes it look like your wearing a diaper.

Its awesome, they're long and cute, but an XS fits more like a S....probably would work best for pants sizes 27/28. Wish that they made sizes that worked for ALL shapes and sizes. If XS doesnt fit the smaller standard womens sizes, shouldn't there be an XXS option? :( Im sick of super baggy clothes, and i look a lot like the stock photo, but these don't fit like that at all.

They fit very large. I could have probably gone a size or two smaller than I normally do. The material is a little rough on sensitive skin, I have eczema so it irritated that on my legs.

Dickies' phone customer service is excellent. I went through several rounds of exchanges and returns to get the right size and color. All the phone reps I spoke with were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and provided accurate advice. I didn't have a great experience getting assistance over CHAT. In the end, I got the olive coveralls in XL. I love them and they fit me perfectly (I wrote a separate review for them). Unfortunately, the white fabric was way too thin...revealing everything from my underwear to my cottage cheese. I tried several sizes, but had to send them all back. :(

I bought white coveralls and the style and price is GREAT. I'd be willing to pay more for from another brand, but the shape of these Dickies coveralls is spot on. One problem: The white is too sheer :/ I'm going to have to line the pants so I can wear them without folks seeing my booty and underwear.

I love the fit but the quality of material and construction are not worth the price. I've worn them only a few times and a seam is coming loose. I wonder how long these will last. I do the love the fit though and if they were made a bit higher quality they would get a 5 from me.

I bought these with the expectation of them being my heavy duty clothing. Fabric is too light and see-through, also they run large. I received a lot of compliments, which is nice but quality could be improved!

They're super cute but wow they run large. I'm normally a medium. Should have ordered an extra small.

The material is thin, good for warmer weather but I also worry about them ripping often. I don't like the fit of these, there's a pretty extreme drop crotch and the elastic in the low back creates a weird diaper bubble butt look. I'm 5'5" and the XS fits well on top but the legs are a bit tight combined with the strange, too much room bubble butt thing.

I was hoping these would be A. softer and B. more fitted since they're the women's "Flex" design, but in 5'4" 103lbs and I ordered the XS and unfortunately I look like I'm 5 years old wearing my dad's freshly starched gigantic ghost busters costume.

I bought these in an XL since that's what I normally wear - I'm 5'5" and 170 pounds & curvy. After washing them on warm and drying on hot I'm no longer completely swimming in them, but they are still pretty big. I'm still cuffing them 3x on the leg. They are easy to move in and breathable with reinforced pockets...but they are not very durable especially compared to other workwear I've purchased.

I bought these for work, but they are at least 12" too long. If you're 6' tall they will probably fit great. The zipper is also not the best quality, and gets caught at the seems.

Overall nice, but I purchased the wrong size so they'll be going back.

I am generally a small (5'4, 130 lbs) but this fit was way off. The waist was GAPING. The legs were way too long. The front zipper was curving outward. This was made for a girlie that's taller than 5'9. Color cute tho

I'm a 27" waist and I'm swimming in a small. I got the white and you can see the tattoos on my legs through the fabric, and probably my underwear too. Almost unwearable.

The fabric is too thin. These are not worth the price.

I am usually used to Dickie only being a one season wear. I work and they are not for fashion. I am a stage hand and need to be able to move around and have flexibility with being covered up so no one see my crack or my mid. Also ,need for for sun protection. The fit is pretty good and I washed when I got them and hang dry because I really can't risk losing any room to move. Definitely not trying to split my pants on a 17.5 hour work day. They are thicker than I thought they would be which made my armpit sweat and sticky. Although the first nail I walked past and snagged, the first day of wear. They are not super durable. I am also not a fan of poly, it always makes me sweat and doesn't breathe as well. I would like to see a thin all cotton coverall. If they are not going to be super durable anyways. Mind well go for comfort and definitely need long and short sleeve options for sun coverage. I will buy again because they are quick to ship and will do in a pinch.

Not designed for petite people. Dickies needs to make a size that is actually xs

I wear a large in almost all of my clothing. I read reviews online that said they run large so I felt comfortable ordering a large but when it came in, it didn't fit AT ALL. Had to instantly return and get a bigger size. Disappointed in the fit of these coveralls so far
