As expected it makes for a better, more comfortable fit.

Second time buying these. They do their job.

I walk all day at work, my feet and ankles had been hurting more and more all the time. I replaced my old insoles with the K-20s and immediately noticed an improvement.

I had to trim to fit. But would highly recommend purchasing these to replace the inserts that come with the boots.

I replaced the stock insoles with the K-20 Plus on my newly purchased Keen Nxis Speed Low Height Vented Hiking and WK450's, both of which would have been returned had I not done so. Overall padding is increased, better arch support and most importantly is the increased heel stability and firmness. All for the same price as a New Balance 993 (993 is built better but less comfortable for me).

These dropped right into my size 9.5 Reebok work boots. I have a medium to medium-high arch and mid wide foot. These are super comfy and provide great support. I would buy again.

I bought these for my husband's Austin shoes and he's extremely happy. The original insoles were much thinner and didn't have the arch support they these upgrades have. He just trimmed the length for his size and they are perfect!
