These are great outdoor shoes. I would like the same shoe but with a stiff sole that would take Shimano cleats (with the wonderful Keen ample toe room) to use with my recumbent trike on long Sunday morning rides in the cold winter rains.. Also the walking shoes are not easy to put on and it would be nice to have two Velcro straps instead of the laces, or the bungee laces and clip.

IF YOU BUY A PAIR OF KEENS, GET THESE, THE ORIGINALS ARE NOT VERY GOOD. AS WITH EVERY BRAND OF RUNNING SHOE OR HIKING BOOTS THAT I'VE BOUGHT. DO YOURSELF AND FEET A FAVOR AND UPGRADE TO THESE.

I put these insoles into a brand new pair of Keen Vista Energy shoes. The insole are comfortable, but take up a fair amount more space in the shoes than the stock k10 insoles.

Shoe fit and size were fine. The comfort wasnt there at all just for hour on my feet and my heels were really hurting not much support in these.
