I really wanted to live these. They are beautiful. I ordered the wide and they were still too narrow. I have several pairs of SAS shoes and have found that a wide works well in most designs. But these boots are simply too narrow. I will be sending them back, although I hate to do so.

I was disappointed because my heel was slipping. The boot was made well, and I totally liked them. My feet are very wide at the toes and narrow at the heel, so they didn't work for me!

Toe box felt a bit narrower to me in the WW. I don't keep shoes that don't fit right out of the box, so I returned these and kept a pair of Munro booties that were similar but had a little more style and were comfy.

Unfortunately, I could not get my foot into the shoe. It needs a longer zipper or something. I have to return them. I have a narrow foot and it still would not go in without damaging the upper.

I like everything about this boot except I couldn't get a good fit. I usually wear a 6.5 M so ordered that size which was too tight. I exchanged it for a size
7M which fit in the length but was too loose in the heel. I tried some inserts but they didn't work. The boot is a little hard to get into as the zipper does not go down far enough, but I managed with a shoe horn. All in all, a beautiful boot but it didn't work for me.

So cute! This bootie is stylish and current and will be comfortable for most buyers. It saddens me that I have to return it. Multiple foot surgeries have left me with a “rogue” toe that dictates what I can wear. Unfortunately for me, that means the side stitching is a “no”—most people won’t have this limitation. (Sigh!)

love love love this boot. Comfort right out of the box! My problem is that I have hammer toes on one foot and you could see them right through the leather of the boot. So back they go. If you have "normal" feet, these are for you!

I am keeping this bootie, though it was slightly tight near the toes, especially on my longer foot…However I wore double socks for an afternoon and it already has become larger and wearable. The leather seems quiet pliable. The arch support could be better; however thankfully the insole is removable so I can add my own. Overall I’m pleased, especially finding a size 12 in a cute shoe!

I really wish manufacturers would pick a size to be their wide. Sometimes a C is wide, sometimes it’s a D is wide. I really wish there was consistency within brands on what their wide is. I had to return because their wide was a C. I wish they had a D in my size and this style.

I really like the way they look. But they are not quite right for the shape of my very hard to find shoes for feet. So I will wear them but they are made so well that I doubt if I will need to buy another pair for many years!

The only issue I have is the heel
Is way too big for a narrow or slim. I ordered 2 narrows and a slim. The heel was too big in all of them. I kept one pair anyway but i will have to put something in the back of the heel. I put my orthotics in and they are a little snug in the toe box, but being suede they are starting to stretch. If you put your orthotic in, trying to use heel pads as well doesn't work so well. I ended up with a 10.5 narrow. I feel like the heel is just too big for a narrow shoe. Even the slim size slipped on my heel. The boot is adorable and i wore it with tights and a sweater dress. So so cute. If it had a smaller heel, I would give it 5 stars. If your heel is normal size, you will love it.

I'm really disappointed that I had to return these boots. Before purchasing, I asked whether I should order my regular size 7.5 N or go up to 8N. I was advised to go up the half-size. In truth, the boot was so narrow, it was difficult to get into, so I probably should have gone up a full size to 8.5. But I'm afraid to re-order because, while the boot was narrow, it didn't hug my heel and I felt myself coming up out of it.

They fit as i expected and I like the suede look. My other SAS shoes all have laces so I will get used to less arch fit.
They are the only bootie shoes I can wear that do not slip in the heel. I will enjoy wearing them

I love the quality of these boots.. first of all.. if you walk on a carpet most boots shoes except sneaker material will slip on the carpet.. do that stop you.. just don'e wear them on the rug.. cleaner and safer anyway.. they are smart looking and hit me just right at the ankle with slim leg jeans.. also look good with tights. or leggings.. my only contention .. I wish their footbed felt more like the Duo Sandel.. so I am going to purchase another insole and slide that in.. enjoy your bootties ..

This shoe did not fit me well at all and did not meet my expectations for SAS shoes. The leather quality especially seemed poor, and I was unhappy at how the boots slipped on my heels. The shoe also lacked cushion and arch support.

The shoes is made of very nice leather. It is a generous cut and sizing. My problem was, I felt the heel/arch area cut into the sole of my foot as if their was a bar going across the inside of the shoe.. I returned them because they were too uncomfortable for my arch.
