I wear an 11-N. I purchased this boot in Walnut in Nov. 2018. They were exceptionally comfortable on the first wearing. Good arch support, enough room in the toe area, and no slipping when I walked. I decided to order a pair in black for winter 2019. Really happy I did. All- day wear comfortable. SAS has spoiled me. No other brands are as comfortable - sandals, loafers, all I have ordered are great, right out of the box. I know this sounds like a commercial, but all 4 shoes I have purchased from Zappos this year are Great! Happy camper.

This is the most comfortable boot I have ever worn! I have a narrow heel but wear a medium. This boot hugs my heel softly, not rubbing blisters like most do.

I have severe plantar fasciitis in one foot and now have to wear orthotics in all of my shoes. These boots are a life saver. The orthotics fit perfectly once I removed the removable insoles. The wide width and rounded toe box fit my foot beautifully. The boots are very comfortable. They are moreplain than fashionable. but do have a cute button detail.

I always take a size 8M in SAS and these cute boots were consistent in sizing. I liked them so well that I bought in 3 colors. They are very comfortable and the leather is fine quality and soft, so no break-in required.

I always take a size 8M in SAS and the 8M fit perfect in these boots too. I liked the soft leather, the easy entry with the side zippers and most of all the comfort of the boots. I liked them so well that I splurged and treated myself to 3 pairs. All the colors are great and work as neutrals in most cases.

Bought this for traveling and it is perfect. I bought the wide, even though I usually fit in the regular width and the wide is better for this. It allows me to wear warmer socks. These provide great support and are very comfortable for walking. Walked all around Seattle and didn't think about my feet once.

Very comfortable and stylish. Great with jeans and easy to get on and off. I bought the black onyx which is very rich looking. The 7 medium was wide enough and very comfortable and it didn't squeeze my toes. A little pricey but worth it.

I have VERY hard to fit feet (wide and square). I very often cannot find comfortable fashionable shoes that fit. These low boots are soft, beautiful, easy to get into, so well made and sooo comfortable. I purchased a 1/2 size larger in the wide wide so I would have plenty of room for a stocking or tight.
I would highly recommend this beautiful boot!
