I really wanted to like this shoe. It’s really cute. The first pair I ordered in my regular size I returned and sized up. Even that didn’t help - they are just not comfortable.

Finally a shoe that fits narrow feet!! AND looks great as well. I will be looking for more SAS shoes in the future.

Love the style of this bootie! It is very comfy, although with the wider width, the heel is a little too wide. I will compensate with a heavy sock!

My foot is on the narrower side of medium width. This shoe is a perfect fit in that sense. It is also supportive and cushiony. I like the style which I would characterize as Euro casual. Would work well with jeans or in a more casual office setting. Not a dressy shoe so I wouldn't wear it with a pant suit to the symphony, for example. The workmanship appears to be good and I like the stitching and button detail. I tried it along with two other pair by other shoemakers. This is the one I will keep for casual wear. Will continue to look for a short brown boot for dressier occasions.

The fit and size were perfect for my feet. The instep of the shoe is perfect for my foot.

Love, love, love these boots. I have very wide and flat feet and had to purchase the 3X wide, but the fit was perfect. There is good arch support -not so much as to be painful for my flat feet, but enough that they are incredibly comfortable. I work on my feet for long hours and these were wonderful right out of the box.

I love SAS shoes, especially their sandals. This bootie fit well and looked nice, but it was a VERY reddish brown, and it was not the color that I was looking for. In fairness, the photo on Zappos was fairly true to the color, but I had also seen it on the SAS website, and it did not look nearly so red, so I took a chance. I think I'll trust the Zappos photo next time!
