This bootie is attractive and appears to be well made. The fit was as expected. However, I returned them since there was little cushioning and felt hard to walk in. I’m disappointed with the lack of comfort.

I ordered them knowing they weren’t the most stylish shoes, but for SAS fit and comfort that would be okay. Unfortunately they didn’t fit at all, even though I ordered my normal SAS size. They were supposed to be narrow width and were nothing close to narrow. Returning

I ordered normal size but felt too tight. I wish vendors would say that their shoes run small or wide if appropriate.

This was xxWide shoe that was too tight at the toe box and too wide at the heel. Anyway, not for me.

Not comfortable

Odd shoe for a SAS. Soft leather that night be great for a jacket but not a boot. Moderate wear in an office a few days a week and the back spilt. Correct size and width for me, I expected more from a $200 shoe.

Great looking shoes, but runs very narrow. Will need to send back unfortunately

Thought these boots might fit well based on reviews, but the 12N that I ordered was as wide a a regular B width, maybe wider. My foot swam in it and would've had to wear two thick pairs of socks to have them fit correctly. Unfortunately, they are going back.

I have other SAS shoes that are 91/2 M and fit perfect. I was disappointed these were so small and tight.

What's happened to SAS?! Love the design and the leather. But these were definitely not WW shoes. Not even W. I remember buying my first pair of SAS almost 25 years ago and they lasted for a long, long time. They were the best walking shoes I'd ever had. I bought them in a wide fitting and they were perfect--purchased from Brown's Shoe Fit here in Fairfield Iowa who had them in stock. But these were almost a N or narrow fitting shoe and I needed a half size up in the length. I wish these shoe manufacturers would get their act together and standardize shoe sizes--at least in the widths and lengths. Had to send both colors back.

These were too small so I did not wear them. However, when I removed them from the box I was unhappy to discover that they look like rainboots- not something one would wear to work or out to shop etc. in my opinion.

I generally only ware SAS shoes. But the Jade has stitching up the middle of the shoe which rubbed my toes and corns. The pain was sufficient that I was unable to judge the fit.

This boot was very stiff after wearing them in the house for a week. They hurt my legs.

The style is nice but the bottom soles are very slippery on both rugs and wood flooring. I mistakenly thought the rubber like bottoms would have anti-slip properties but they absolutely do not. The heel is also a bit narrow. These boots are not designed for people who want a slip resistant sole!

Good looking and I wish they fit! Supposedly a "double wide", but not. I will return them.

I wanted to like these boots. The leather is too stiff which made the boot hard to get on and the detail stitching around the boot is too Frankenstein which made the boot look even klutzier. Nice try with the silver buttons on the top of the boot. I wear 10W or WW depending on the style and brand. These boots gapped without my orthotics in and were too tight when I put the orthotics in. SAS needs to update their look and soften the leather !! I wish Munro would bring back the Riley style !! So back they went and if it weren't for Zappos, I'd probably have no shoes or boots to wear, no wonder I'm a VIP !! Great selection, wonderful customer service and the best return policy!!

Comfortable shoe and true to size, but the style is a bit sloppy for a slim foot. Even tried to order the slim width but it was way too slim and the medium width just looked floppy and sloppy.

Update to last review. I tried the triple wide and it still isn't a good fit. Now it gaps across my foot and the toe box is still shallow. Also, as the width increases, the sole doesn't, so in a WW or triple W, my foot hangs over the sides. I give up.

I really wanted to love these boots. Looked great. But...the toe box is shallow and the width is not really WW. For nearly $200, I expected more from the sizing, especially from SAS. Their sandals with the tri-pad footbed in a ww is all I wear all year, but these do not fit nearly as well.

The shoe does not look as elegant on as it does in the photos. While the foot part fits well, up around the ankle it is not elegant but bulky and unattractive.
