I like these better than Hoka because they are not cumbersome when running and less weight feels lighter on different bouts.

Similar to the Adrenaline GTS shoes Ive been wearing for years. Very lightweight and comfortable. I felt my feet were able to breathe a little better.

I work on concrete floors most of the day while at work. I have the WIDE version. Very comfortable and supportive. I also have a pair of Ghost 14, love them too.

The comfort of the shoe is outstanding. So soft and supportive. My concern is a crease formed in the edge of the toe box on both the left and right shoe. This crease would start to push into your big toe as you walked or ran. In looking at a few pairs, you need to check the toe box as it seems that in manufacturing, a crease already exists and progressively becomes worse. Glad I could return in the 90 day window.

Yes they are comfortable but the color is not at all accurate for 492 . I have the Drip color. The parts that look grey are light sage green. The parts that look black are dark ash grey. It looks good the the advertisement photo but in person it looks horrible! The photo I took looks way more accurate to what it really looks like. Also in my opinion Brooks shoes run narrow and small. Im a woman who wears a size 7 or 7.5 in Mens shoes but I always have to buy a 9 in brooks. Also ladies if you need a wide mens standard width is a ladies wide.

Very cushiony, which is the main reason I purchased, as Im on a sight-seeing trip and I am doing a lot of walking. I also bought for breathability as that is always an issue for me. I own a pair of Brooks GTS 9s, which have the best breathability of any shoe Ive ever owned. The breathability of the GTS 20 is good, but not as good as the GTS 9. For the next version of the GTS 20, if breathability could be improved, that would be great. It also be helpful if the level of breathability for all shoes could be listed in the description on the website. It would also be nice to be able to see a columnar comparison chart of the features of the shoes, which would expedite the time shopping. For example, Automobile websites allow for selection of 4 to 5 models to compare.

Im over 250 lbs and these shoes offer great support for under pronation, they also have great cushioning. They fit true to size and with needing 14 EEs its awesome to find shoes that really fit.

I used the shoe finder to get the best match for my feet and associated issues like plantar fasciitis, knees pain, gout etc. The recommended shoe was Glycerin GTS 20 and after a long wait to find the shoe in store all over greater Chicago area, I ordered it online. The shipping was fast even with the regular option and I had the shoe in 2 days. Tried it on and wore it in house for a day and then decided to take it out for a stroll. The GTS 20 is squishy, well cushioned, and a bit roomy after a few days of wear. I bought a 2E and now I feel a bit loose fitted. I have perhaps walked a 100 miles in these shoes in the past few weeks due to a challenge I am part of. There are still a few moments of sharp stinging pain in my heel area, my arch of the feet still aches a little at times and the shoe seems to feel a bit loose. Though Brooks has a 90 days program, I don't know how it works. My suggestion to you as a reader of my review and a prospective buyer is to try the shoe for a week and then adjust the size and fit as needed. The tongue covering the lace portion keeps slipping to the side, mostly the outstep side. Your feet does expand a size during the day and depending on when you buy, try the shoe, you need to factor in the changes. Overall I am fine with the shoe though it costs $170 but I wish I had an option to buy a size smaller or snug.

These are the worst pair of Brooks I have owned. They didn't yet have them at my local running shop so I ordered them direct from Brooks. Big mistake. I'm in my 50's and have worn Brooks shoes for a very long time and always wear a size 9. So I ordered these new Glycerins in a 9. They are huge on my foot. Why would they be bigger? Makes no sense. They are not comfortable, maybe because they don't fit right. I have not worn them much because I've been doing bike training instead. And now the laces are fraying. I'm not sure if Brooks was in a rush to put out this new edition of the Glycerin but these are going back to Brooks. Thankfully I was able to return them.

I have pretty specific needs when it comes to stability. My local shoe store tells me that for most people who want a stable shoe, the Brooks Adrenaline is their go-to as a very versatile and stable shoe. Unfortunately, something about the Adrenaline GTS feels really off to me. The Glycerin GTS however fits all my needs, with no break-in needed to throw on a new pair and do a casual half-marathon distance. One thing I really appreciate is the appreciate the roominess. As someone with flatter feet that normally has to go for 2E width from most brands to avoid smashed toes and a blistered midfoot, 1D was perfect for me with the Glycerin GTS whether in the middle of winter after two weeks off my feet, or midway through training in the summer, both at the start of a run (without feeling loose at all) and at the end of a 20 miler with my feet smashed and swollen. I'm sure that in an absolutely perfect world, some improvements could be made. But as it is, this shoe is perfect for me and is by far the best shoe I have for keeping my feet from being in pain so I hope this shoe line sticks around for a long time.

I would say- that the Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 runs true to size, the width is just right (bought a wide) and they breathe well. I like the level of the cushion. I wouldn't mind if they had a few more mm of heel cushion.

Great fit, comfort, and shock absorption. Wide width is is spot on. The inside lining at the heal is showing fray after only three weeks.

A great show. Very soft. Maybe too soft. I prefer the Brooks Ghost to the Glycerin but this is still a great shoe. I think the Ghosts are perfect for me. They fit snug, they give a lot of support, and the look great!!!!!

Overall function of the shoe is awesome! I just wish the colors weren't so bright. I like a navy colored shoe and prefer the traditional lace up with tongue. I am part of an older demographic and like not so loud colors. I think I'm just partial to the navy colored shoes so they go with everything I wear. I also like to wear them casually all the time and not just for running or working out. Love the shoe though.
