Like previous models and the Adrenaline, it is a very good shoe. My only slight concern is that the sole feels a bit too cushy, leaving me with the impression it may wear out more quickly than in the past. But overall, better than competitive brands.

Fit runs true to size. Well made shoes.

It is a great shoe that provides the stability that I need

The Glycerin 20 needs to be broken in before you feel the softness. It took me +20 miles and wearing them whenever I ran errands. Not the most cushioned shoe in this segment but they were plenty soft for me once broken in. I also like the mild stability features like the glide rails and the wide midsoles. They are good for my jogs (about 10 to 15 miles a week).

These were a great shoe. Although I am more comfortable in my Adrenaline GTS. When I spoke with a Brooks representative about that they were quick to return and refund the cost so tha I could order my new Arenalines. I am sold on Brooks brand shoes.

In general I really like but am a little concerned with the tread life. I usually run in shoes outside and keep them for year before switching. The tread seems pretty flat so I wonder how long they will last before they get smooth on the bottom

Bought them thinking they cost substantially less than the next model (21) and couldnt be much different, but I found the 21 model notably better.

I have always purchased Adrenalines. I was looking for something with a little more cushion for a 1/2 marathon. I did not notice any difference with glycerin. My next pair will be Adrenalines.

This is the first time that I have purchased shoes from Brooks. I am very happy with the comfort and high quality of this shoe.

Comfortable shoes for short runs.

This was my first Brooks shoe ever purchased and worn. I thought nothing could surpass the comfort on my ON Running shoes as a longtime ON customer. I was wrong! The Glycerin GTS 20 is superb in every department and checks all the boxes, Comfort for me is paramount but of course I'm also driven by style. I struggle occasionally with Plantar Faciitis and chose this style based on the shoe finder tool and a discussion with a very helpful CS rep. Love that I can actually talk to an expert if needed. Importantly, however, I find these days that one foot is a bit smaller than the other, and only through using Lock Laces was I able to get the sizing "just right." I use Lock Laces regardless these days an all my athletic shoes. I mean, why tie shoe laces in this day and age if you don't have to? I seldom, if ever pay regular price on anything, so am very satisfied Brooks offers customers the option to purchase the year's previous iteration of a shoe given there is typically a nominal difference from year to year. I was happy to pay $99 v $165 for what is essentially the same shoe. I liked the first pair so much I turned around and bought a 2nd pair na different color! I absolutely can recommend this shoe!

Very comfortable and cushion every step in my morning run.

This is my 7th pair of the Glycerin shoe line from Brooks. It is the most comfortable and durable shoe Ive worn. I have tried multiple different brands out there and since I discovered the Glycerin shoe line I am convinced that this is one for me. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks me about them and explain to them how extremely comfortable they are. Thank you for the great work you do for us runners and walkers out here!

Comfortable, lightweight, a bit stiffer than the regular Glycerin.

I love these Glycerin GTS20 shoes, they work so well for me it helps my back pain and leg pain as well. Everyone I introduce to these Great shoes please keep this model around everyone I told about these models love them. Can you please keep this model around they are comfortable and they are better than the New models. Thank you because you will definitely keep getting my money for them! Thank you.

Not true to size last few years

Great fit and comfort. Simply the best for my flat feet.

Understood this was a more comfortable alternative to Adrenaline. Not the case. The toe box is too wide and the left shoes rolls in and feels like a different size than the right. My feet have been in pain since I got them and they feel too wide for my impossibly wide flat feet. Not a good alternative to Adrenaline. It's time for me to find a new Non-Brooks running shoe.

Excellent running shoe that provides well balanced support.

I have had both hips replaced and have had a tough time finding a show to allow me to continue to run. After buying the Glycerin gts 20 I have had great sucess.

Best most comfortable shoes EVER. My feet are full of problems and are painful to be on all day UNLESS I am wearing these. So cushiony and very supportive. Please Never Stop Making These!!

Very comfortable for both walking and running! I need the extra support, and these shoes provided that along with a great deal of comfort from the first mile covered.
