I love the Glycerin shoe but the 20th edition is not my favorite. They feel roomier than the 19s, as though my foot moves around in them, which isn't ideal because being a size 5 I can't size down. But I have to say, my least favorite new feature with the 20s is the laces. When I tighten them they loosen up a bit so I'm still figuring out the perfect method for that and never have I had to stop mid run to tighten or re-tie laces as often as I have with these. I'm training for a half marathon and I love the cushion and support, but I look forward to the next model.

Ive worn Brooks Glycerin shoes for many years and have always been happy with the fit of the uppers. While the width of the Glycerin 20 is normal, the toe box on this model tapers quickly, which makes for a shorter fit. I went up a half-size to compensate for it with the trade-off being my foot sliding more in the shoe. Im using alternative lacing to keep my heel locked in better, but I definitely miss the cut of the previous versions.

Nicely cushioned Brooks shoe. I like them but I'm not in love with them. The Glycerin 20 is a stable shoe without any binding around the forefoot, midsole, or heel. I purchased a wide but could have gotten by with a medium width. The wide width is comfortable for a medium foot but not a narrow foot. I still prefer another brand of shoe but these are sufficient for working 12 hour shifts without too much feet weariness. If I can't find my other brand these are a 2nd runner. I'm sure I will purchase more brooks as time goes by. In the end I would say these are a great walking shoe and running shoe but I do notice with the heel drop it pushes my foot forward so I would not suggest these if you have knee issues as my knees do tire easily during the day after about 12 hours.

Feels nothing like glycerin 19. It was a half size bigger than I expected so that was weird Im in a true 8 in the Glycerin 19. Very narrow shoe which that is what they wanted but I like the sides a little wider for stability. This shoe felt nothing like the glycerin 19 my favorites. These shoes did not feel as cushioned and I did not like the feel at all. I returned them. I found one pair online if the 19s And bought them. Returned the 20s like many other customers . I also tried ASICS 25 gel those have the deeper heel and have the cushion the 20s I returned . Annoyed they mess with a good thing this shoe is not even close to being an improved show . You might like them but I found better with another brand they missed the mark for me .

These are very cushiony. Better than the 19s. I haven't put them to the test yet with running. But for other cardio equipment, they feel great!

I like these but don't love them. They feel "bouncier" than the 19s and the shoe laces are different. Minimal differences but I wouldn't t say these are significantly better in any way.

I have worn Glycerin since 2015. I'm not a runner, but they are comfortable and cushioned for walking, working, and standing all day. That said, I am still getting used to this new model, which is not as comfortable as my old Glycerin 16s. I put off buying the new ones for a long time because I haven't liked the styles available, but I knew it was time (I've had my old ones since 2019!). The new ones I got (Peacock/Ocean/Pastel Lilac) would look better without the "lilac" laces, which clash with everything I wear (not all girls like pink and purple!), and the bright white soles are bound to get dirty looking. The old design made your foot look shorter, which is nice if you have big feet! They also didn't slide around on the heel or pinch the outsides of my toes like this model does. This model seems longer and tighter across the top of the foot. So these are loose on my heel and tight on my toes and across the top - not ideal! The 16s and 13s I had before this were definitely more comfortable. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Amazingly comfortable! I wear these to work, on my feet, for 12 hours a day and my feet dont hurt at all. Ive tried specially made insoles and every shoe you can imagine with no luck. Thank you!!

I really wanted to love these shoes. I even gave the a cool nickname. But I had to send these back. They just were not a comfy or cushiony as my other Cereal Glycerin 20s. Its weird because I thought theyd be. Maybe the black ones are a dud? Oh well Im glad I purchased another pair of the cereal ones before they sold out.

The shoes are very Comfortable if youre on your feet for hours. They are not the best shoes for running or walking at a very brisk pace. They do not create a spring in your step and energize you. Instead they feel a little big and cumbersome but very soft and cushioning at the same time. I recommend the brooks launch for running/walking. I have a couple peppers and they are perfect and very comfortable for my daily workouts I am jogging and walking

I really wanted to keep these shoes, but the reviewer who said they run a half size small was right. Since I wear a women's size 12 returning them for a half size up was not an option for me. I sometimes wear the Ghost 14 shoe by Brooks but this Glycerin 20 model seemed to be a little more cushy and I was looking for that in my daily 3-4 mile walks. If my toe wasn't right against the front of the shoe I think I would really have liked them.

Ive been wearing Glycerin for at least 10 yrs. - 20 pairs. I was very happy until this pair. They seem to be sized a little big. I tried 1/2 size smaller, but those were too tight.. The cushioned sole is bigger - almost too much - but ironically doesnt feel that cushy. All that said, I kept the pair I ordered because I didnt have time to shop, and wore them for a half marathon. But I will be looking into other brands for future.

These shoes are absolutely amazing! I have bad knees and need sneakers that have a lot of cushion. These are the best out there. Theyre a very light shoe and it feels like Im walking on air. I did have to go a half size up from my normal size but thats not a big deal.

I love Brooks. I do most of my running and all my races with them. I did find these last ones harder to break in and the laces just dont stay tied. I have to double knot them each time. My friends have the same issue. But I will continue to wear them.

These shoes are nothing like the old Glycerins I had. The tongue is now detached (not a good change). The toe box is much longer and wider(good change). I prefer the feel of the old style for its cushioning. Still a good shoe would like to see some of the old traits incorporated back into the new shoe.

Brooks changed the bottom sole of the shoe. Its clunkier and weird now. It was the only shoe I was able to wear with my braces. Im very disappointed as brooks was my go to shoe.
