Unfortunately these didnt work for me . I tried them for few months now, every time I wore them it caused terrible pain in the ball of my Right foot, I tried to return within 90 day window at Road Runner Sport at 75th St. store Naperville illinois within my 90 day return window they were not able to replace due either they did not want to replace or they were out of stock. Sadly Im past my return date now but I love they way they look just disappointed that it caused discomfort and pain. I gave 2 stars for the color and Looks.

Ive been wearing Glycerins for years and loved them in the past. The 20 has a narrower toe box with less fabric on top, which doesnt accommodate my foot very well. Even though the shoe is comfortable, it bruises my toes and leaves a red mark on the top of my foot. Another downside for those wearing a wide is the very limited selection of colors available. Lastly, the sole wears out quicker than in the past Glycerin models. I miss the old Glycerin and havent found a good replacement.

I had high expectations for a really significant shock absorbing feature in these shoes. Although, the sole is more like a marshmallow, it didnt give me that huge bounce I was hoping for.

First pair of Brooks and probably wont be my last! So comfortable. I just wish you all offered more colors in a wide width. Makes it hard to find cute colors that Id like so please look into that.

Im very disappointed in the Glycerine 20. It does not fit at all like the previous Glycerine shoes. The toe box is enormous. I always wear womens 10.5. This 10.5 fit like it was one or two sizes too big. I could not tighten the shoe without having the top of the toe box bunch up. The heel box is not as deep and is bigger than previous Glycerine heel boxes so the shoe felt floppy. I am returning them.

This is a great shoe for running or being on your feet all day. My wife uses it for teaching and treadmill running. She has most of the Brooks' women's lineup, and this is her favorite shoe so far.

Good show- wish there were a few more bright , fun designs. My first brooks ever were hilighter yellow and I used hot pink laces. Love something with some fun!

Retired ED RN who has worn these shoes for years. Had trouble with Glycerin 19s regarding fit but the Glycerin 20s are perfect in every way. Able to power walk 33 miles a week.

Im not a runner. But these are very comfortable walking shoes.

Cant speak highly enough about this shoe! Just started exercising after a long time off. My ankles were bother me before I purchased the shoe. Now im walking 3 miles everyday with out issues.

Great fit, comfort, cushioning and support.

I dont necessarily use these for runs. I wear them to the gym for Hitt classes. We may run outside or use treadmills, we jump rope, jump squats, box jumps, etc., and these shoes have been great. I sometimes struggle with plantar fasciitis, and these have been the best at cushioning my heels.

This shoe is great I use them for my medium length runs. Super cushiony! I do prefer the ghost 15's though.

I bought these for walking miles at Disney. They were absolutely perfect in every way. 8-10 miles/day.

There arent many shoes brands that offer wide shoes, but when I found out brooks did, I went straight and bought a pair. I love them! I have a hard time finding shoes that dont hurt my toes because my feet are wide. The brooks feel so great, no foot pain and Im on my feet a lot!

They are good if you're on your feet up & walking around all day. Not too good if you're standing in place for a long period of time.

I dont write reviews, but this sneaker was what my foot needed. I have Mortons Neuroma, and had a hard time finding a sneaker that didnt cause a flare up. I called customer service and the rep highly recommended this sneaker. Even though I dont have a wide foot, I need a wider toe. I will be ordering another pair.. I highly recommend this sneaker

I was excited for these sneakers but they actually dont have as much heel support as I expected. My heels were HURTING in them after a few minutes. I will be going back to my tried and true Ghosts.

Love them!! Wasnt sure while ordering because Im currently wearing a different style, but these are perfect!
