Nice shoes shoes but sole of the shoe was too thick for me and too tight by the pinky toes.

Full disclosure: I'm not a runner. I am on my feet all day and walk a lot for work. The Glycerin 20's are a great, supportive shoe that felt comfortable immediately. I will say that when I'm standing for longer periods of time in these, they are not as comfortable as when I'm walking in them. Overall I'm very pleased with my Brooks shoes.

Ive never owned Brooks running shoes. I like the fit of my new Glycerin 20s. Theyre roomy and wide enough for my toes. They have good cushion for my feet. They fit my heel well and dont rub. The only thing I dont like is the shoelaces because they come untied unless I tie them really tight.

The new Glycerine 20 shoes in black are narrower than the same shoes that I bought in navy a few months ago. I wear wide and wish this new pair was wider.

I ordered these online, my decision to purchase these was based on reviews. They werent as comfortable as they seem to be and are very slippery on wet deck surfaces. You will slip and fall on an incline wet deck, poor traction.

I bought a few of these because the new Glycerin will be even more cushioned and for me that means I won't be able to use them anymore. The soft cushioning is not good for energy feedback from the ground and hurts my knees. In other words there isn't any rebound from the ground to drive you to your next step. The cushioning just eats up the energy like running on sand . That soft cushioning means you aren't getting any energy back from the road and your joints and heart have to work harder.
I use my Glycerins for indoor walking at the hospitals as the cushioning protects my feet and back from the concrete floors but no I can't use them for running .
I wish we could get back to "normal" running shoes. I would use the less cushioned Brooks shoes but the Ghost doesn't fit me and the rest have those guard rails which dig into my feet.
Ah for I'd pay a lot for the old Adrenalines.

Ive worn Glycerin for about 10yrs now. Im a nurse at the hospital and this is literally the only shoe I can wear now. I tried another style and couldnt believe how much pain I was in. Went back to the Glycerin style and everything was good again. I LOVE the black sole with this particular color. By far my favorite in a long while.

This is my second pair of Glycerin 20's. I work in surgery amd only wear them at work. I loved the first pair besides the tongue sliding over to the side. Unfortunately this 2nd pair make noise when I walk that the first pair didn't. It's quite annoying.

Tried the Glycerin after wearing the Ghost for several times. Still prefer the Ghosts cushioning & look. I do like the lower heel drop however. Wish you would drop the heel one mm in the Ghost. Also, keep carrying the Ghost in wide selections.

True fit, comfortable and look good. The only small issue is that you have to double knot the laces or they continually come undone.

Well I am sad to say but the is my third pair of glycerin 20s. The first two pairs were purchased at a running shop and I loved them, when they popped up on sale online I ordered my third pair. These don't seem as cushy as my other ones, Not sure why

I have these shoes for work (OR nurse) and home (walking). I ordered them because they were described as being very cushiony and my feet bother me so much. They are very comfortable, but I have plantar fasciitis and my heel still bothers me by the end of the day. Still, they are more comfortable than other shoes Ive tried, and Ive tried many (Dansko, Oofos, Hoka to name a few).

I'm not truly pleased, I thought Brooks would have more support, in the past I've been pleased, I guess it depends on where they are made , overall they are okay.

I had previous models of the Glycerin. The toe box in this model is not as roomy. The cushioning is not as soft and the tongue feels stiff when tied.
The newer version seems like the toe area will hold up better. The material surrounding the tread on the old version deteriorated quickly. Hopefully this shoe will prove more durable.

The Brooks brand is the only brand my foot dr. recommended. I need the neutral design therefore I order the Ghost and Glycerin. The insole can be removed - my orthotic inserts fit perfectly. I think it would be a better shoe if the toe area was reinforced with a thicker design so that it wouldn't wear out so quickly. I would also like it if there were more selections without the white sole.
