While I didn't think the shoes looked great in the video (my husband gave me the raised eyebrow of the "old lady shoe"), I love them in real life. They're comfortable, sleek and sophisticated. Even my husband agreed! I wear them with chinos for work and they're perfect, a bit of heel but quite comfortable. The shape fits my foot perfectly (even with my high arch) and slight padding on the insole makes it a comfortable shoe for the workplace. I'm buying another pair in brown.

I have been wearing these shoes for many years and I absolutely love them. I have narrow feet and they are true to size. They are comfortable to walk in too. You know the old saying "If the shoe fits, buy them in every color!" And I have.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Lightweight and easy on the feet. Don't even know you have any shoes on!

I hate shopping for shoes since I'm a narrow size. These fit like a glove and I turned around and bought them in brown. Knowing that I could return them without a charge makes it easy to shop. Will only buy my shoes from Zappos.

These shoes are so comfortable you wouldn't believe it. I wore them all day when I first got them and they were like bed slippers. I have another pair of Trotters in a different style that fits the same way. I just love Trotters!

These are really nice all-around shoes. I bought these shoes to wear with casual and smart casual pants and they do not disappoint. They have a classic but simple style which is what I was looking for. I have worn these on a number of occasions, including all day long occasions, and they remained comfortable throughout. The arch support is good, too. I want to add that I had a great experience with Zappos. When I ordered these shoes, an old delivery address was used (my fault!). With absolutely no fuss or extra cost, Zappos retrieved the shoes from the wrong address and delivered to my new, current address. Thanks, Zappos!

Very comfortable from the first wearing. Did not aggravate my plantar fascia.

These are my favorite shoes to wear with pants when I'm trying to look like I made an effort (work, etc.). I'm on my second pair of black ones and my second pair of brown ones because I wore the first pairs out.

Awesome shoes, for my wide feet. These shoes fit right out of the box with no break in time. I have been buying these shoes for about 10 years and intend to continuing buying them. I have 2 pair of black, 1 pair each of brown and blue.

These shoes are AWESOME! You don't even feel like you have shoes on your feet they are so comfortable right out of the box. True to size, true to width and the micro material is great. HIGHLY recommend! A++++!

Shoe runs small - I wear 8 1/2 and will return for a 9. Otherwise nice shoe.

Love these shoes. Comfortable from the moment I put them on. Toes have lots of room. Great with skirts and office slacks. Wear them daily yet they look like new. Quality construction.

Super narrow - even for AA. (I generally wear an 3A or 4A and ordered these to be able to wear pant socks.) Very nice looking shoe though. Will probably reorder in next size up lengthwise and one size wider.

Exceptional shoe. I bought this exact pair a number of years ago and it is so comfortable that after years of wearing it out, I finally replaced them and was thrilled they still had the same style. This shoe is extremely comfortable. I wear orthotic arch supports which fit fine inside. My heel tends to be narrow but the narrow size was too tight for my toes so I bought Med width and placed tiny sticky cushions at the back which worked fine. Style is simple; not sexy but for this much comfort, you can't expect sexy. Professional looking, great shoe for work - especially if you walk a lot.

The shoe is very good and has a good comfort fitting. Very corporate. Reflects a good image.

These shoes are not super stylish but they are comfortable and fit well, which is all I care about. I can get through a whole day at work in these without my feet complaining at all, which is rare for work shoes.
