My usual size is a 7, but the size 7 in these boots was a bit short. I exchanged them for a 7.5, and they fit great. They are a cute style. The fake leather is not the most beautiful, but it's okay. They are very comfortable boots.

A bit stiff, so felt smaller. I like the gold eyelets and the cream cuff. Will try another size.

Overall these are very similar to what I was looking for, but ultimately not close enough. I considered keeping them anyway, but the heel was too high and would not be comfortable walking in around town a lot which is what I wanted this type of shoe for. It's too much like a combat boot rather than a non-leather vintage bootie like I am looking for.

Overall, this is a good fit. I had seen others said they were a half size large but, I didn't find that to be the case. In fact, my big toes hurt a little at the end of the day and there's no chance of wearing socks with these. My husband thinks they look like army boots but, its hard to find a boot with good tread which I need in Colorado. I super appreciate the side zipper.

Just got these and I love the way they look, and the side zipper makes it much easier to get into them without having your socks pulled tight against your toes. BUT ... These came with a quarter-inch-thick, slightly cushiony innersole, which is removable. With it left in, the boots were too shallow in the toe box. When I took it out, they fit great, with socks on. However, the sole otherwise has no cushioning, and I think that may be a problem in wearability. Keeping them, but am caught between a rock and a hard place here ...

Boots were very stiff. I don’t think they will break in since they aren’t leather. Very warm and waterproof.

Nice socks but I was looking for something thicker. Size ran very large.

Cute warm booties that fit WW feet well. Heels give a lift without being irritating for a bad back. Rubber soles don’t click on hard ground. Arch support is poor but removable insoles allow better support to be used. Wish all colors were available in WW width.

I have really narrow feet and these were still too wide. I have to wear 2 pairs of socks and they are still wide in the middle. Very frustrating

It was recommended that I go down a half size, which fit perfectly but not much room for big socks. Debating if I want to try my real size so I can try bigger socks or if I want to stick with these. The laces help me make them narrow enough and the zipper makes them so convenient to get off and on. I have only tried them on and they haven’t been in the wild yet, so I don’t know how they will perform, but so far I am happy with this purchase.

It would be nice to wear them but the sizing is completely off.

unfortunately the zipper stops at a point on my leg that is sensitive from surgery. too tight.

I actually ordered and returned two pairs of these boots. My typical size is 6.5 - 7, W or WW, depending, lol. I got 7 WW to begin with and my foot was swimming in it. So I ordered a 6.5 WW, with the idea that I'd just wear super thick socks if the 6.5 turned out to be too small. The 6.5 fit pretty well...although it was hard to zip with the laces tightened. The curving zipper doesn't pull together very easily. I could do it...it wasn't a deal breaker...but it's something to be aware of. What WAS a deal breaker was the color. I wanted white boots to wear with white jeans in the winter. The 'Off White' boots, next to white pants, look tan. Kind of a caffe au lait, if you will. I probably should have checked the color before I ordered the second pair, but the fit was so far out that I didn't get past that. The boots are cute and well cushioned, if a bit stiff. Had they been a whiter shade of 'off white' I might have kept them to see if they would break in but once I tried them with white jeans the color just didn't work. Both pairs are going back.

These are nice looking, but they turned out not to be a good fit, though close. I also found them to be too much of a hassle to put on, even with the side zipper, which is a great idea. They would be better for a younger person.

I bought these because I needed some shoes for work. The thing is these shoes are not comfortable for long periods of time. I can’t wear them at work because after being on my feet for more than a couple of hours my feet really start to hurt. I like the way the shoes look, and if I could put a sole insert in the shoe they would probably be fine for work. Unfortunately the shoes are not big enough for me to do that. So my advice would be to order a little on the larger side that way you have space for gel inserts if you need them.

These boots are so cute but they ran small and weren't wide enough in an 8W.

Although they looked ok and they did fit, I can't say they were comfortable when walking. I expect it to be way more comfortable.

These booties are okay but nothing spectacular. The tongues on the shoes are inflexible; they're sewn in at an angle and you can't adjust them to conform to high insteps. The leather is okay as well but on the rigid side. I liked the width but the insole isn't very cushiony. Can't rate them 5 stars in any of the 3 categories.

Nice classic color with sweater trim and soft, fuzzy interior. Overall fit is wide throughout.

I bought Trotters boots a few years ago that were very cute, with faux fur on top. I loved them and I wore them all winter, but eventually the zippers broke and the leather got worn. I was hoping these would be comparable, and they are quite comfortable. But my mother took one look at them on me and said, those look old ladyish on you. I wish Trotters would bring back the old boots, but they no longer seem to make them.

Cute, but mis-sized. They’re SO tight! Very short length and too narrow. Not true to the size I order in many other brands.

Disappointed! I had these in black (maybe the 1.0) several years ago and liked them a lot. They were wearing out so I decided to get the same ones again. These were weirdly made- the toe box was tight and narrow but the part along the mid foot was loose and almost baggy looking. It's very hard to find any shoes in narrows, so I buy Trotters a lot, but these are going back.

Well, I have ordered 4 pairs of these at this point - my normal size is 8.5 and I have wide feet, so I was excited to see these cute boots and have them in a W option - 8.5 felt 2 sizes too big on length - ordered an 8, still way too long, they didn't have the white in 7.5, so I ordered a 7 WW and a 7 W as well as a 6.5 WW (At this point you never know) - anyway, I am holding on to the 7.0 WW for now, not in the white, but in the Caramel color for now - not convinced I am going to keep them, but they are too cute.
