These boots are comfortable, sturdy and warm. Love them.

Super comfy, even with my bunions. I’m a teacher and wore these all day out of the box.

I love these so much! Cute, comfy, supportive. Cuff your jeans, or wear leggings or a dress. Really cute. The ties make them custom fit, and the zipper makes them easy on/off.

These are comfortable and made really well. Soft leather and comfortable insole. Very impressed with this shoe.

These boots fit true to size! Very comfortable and easy to get on and off with the zipper. I haven’t worn them out in the cold yet but they feel warm.

I didn't think they would fit because they were hard to put on. I found out that the zipper on the side is just for show. When I loosened the shoelaces, they fit.

I like these. I just wish they were real leather.

Whoa. As soon as I set my foot inside it fit like a glove! So comfy! The removable insert is very squishy. However I dont think it has any arch support. Oh well we can always buy one. About the feeling a half size bigger. I’m a 12.5 foot and these size 12W boots actually fit and while wearing thicker socks! So I can imagine they’d feel larger on regular size 12 people. But these would be great for the winter. We will see.

I wear a 10 Narrow and based on the other reviews indicating customers went down a size, I wasn't sure how to order my size, so I stuck with the 10N. When they arrived, they fit; however, there was no "sock room". Basically, I would have had to wear the thinnest sock possible and hope they might stretch out a little for wiggle room. I decided to send them back and get a 10.5 narrow. I was thrilled with my decision. Now I have the ability to wear a variety of socks and also move my toes around. The zipper on the side is functional and so cute. Now that I'm super happy with the grey pair, I've ordered them in black too.

love the boots but need a smaller size

Soft and flexible. No "breaking in" needed. Absolutely LOVE these boots! I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

I read a lot of reviews that said these were much bigger than size. I am typically an 8 but ordered 8.5 because 8s were gone. When they arrived the 8.5 fit perfectly. Maybe because they are narrow?
