Super soft material. Fit well. Husband did not like the sling back style.

The buckle is poorly made. The delivery was sent to a address I asked to take off. That was disappointing.

The grey is more metallic and shiny then I thought. The shoe fits well and according to my size. Just tried it on, so not sure about comfort level, but seems average.

These are very stylish but not very comfortable in the toe box, even though I ordered the larger of the sizes I usually wear (9.5W or 10W). An 11 would have been too long. Also, the little heel wasn't very stable for walking. Returned.

The shoes are very nice and I love the style, however, I had to return them as they were too narrow in the toe area for me . I think the pointed toe styles are not for me.

These are beautiful shoes. I need a wider toebox but have a narrow ankle. The ankle is the problem. Even with the strap as tight as possible my ankle slips out. I wore these in the house to try them on. I did notice the padding in the front unraveled a little without much force as if the glue was not bonded. Maybe it was an unusual pair and not the norm. Too wobbly for me with my narrow ankle.

I wanted to like this shoe. I love the look of the style. Unfortunately, for me, it was very difficult to work the buckle. It was difficult to adjust. Even at its tightest it slipped on my heel. Hope it works for others; it is a pretty shoe.

Oh dear! The shoes are perfect for the weekend event; however, there is a visible defect on the left side of the left shoe. It’s a very small slice in the leather. I will probably teturn them if I can find a replacement locally.

the fit was tight in length and wide in the width, and is a very stiff shoe. . I wear between a 9N and a 9 1/2 N. I mostly can always wear a nine so if there are no reviews about the shoe fitting tight I always order the 9N. However, I had to let the back strap out all the way to the last hole to get it on. and because the shoe is so stiff and barely fits in the length, I felt like it would rub blisters. The other problem was the width, I had definite gaps on each side of the footbed, and going up to the bigger size would not have worked for the width.

Zappos sent me the completely wrong shoe style and wrong color. They did get the size correct

It's a really attractive shoe. I wanted it for a family wedding that will include a lot of dancing and found that the sling back slid up and down my heel making the shoe flap. It's also not padded. I wear a narrow and while it fit decently, this was not a close fit on the sides. Another thing to be aware of is, that although the sling back appears to be adjustable in the back, I'd first tried a size 9, which was way too big, thinking I could adjust it, and although the holes are there, it really isn't designed to be adjusted. You can't really effectively shorten it much and there's not enough strap there to length it and tuck it in.

There are two reasons these are being returned. (1) Although I have a wider forefoot, I do not have a wide foot overall. These gapped a lot but for those people with are more evenly wide foot, these would work because the toe box was good. (2) Shiny, shiny, shiny - these are not really grey to me -- they are silver and kind of glitzy. I could see them working for evening wear but not for every day - for me, anyway. Back to the search for a snakeskin pump.

The shoes were too big and too wide. Size ordered was 7.5 W

The shoe is not deep enough for a size 1 and the toes don't fit in the toe box. The shoe is also quite difficult to buckle.

I am returning because the shoe heels are plastic and a different color from the rest of the shoe!

very disappointed that the patent 'leather' are all man made materials. If I'm going to spend $100 or more I only want leather!
