It has been very difficult to wear great dress shoes without killing my feet. These are so perfect. I was able to wear them for hours. The size of the heal was also perfect. Couldn't wear anything higher. Tough getting older.

Soooo comfortable in my usual size, 7W. I am between a B & C width so, many times a medium is just fine if it’s designed “slightly forgiving.” I guess the mediums are more narrow, because the Wide is not a spacious wide, but just right for my slightly wide feet. Hope that helps!

A follow up review: These shoes are extremely comfy in my true size 7.5W. I measure midway between a B & C width. And if I can’t get a wide then I try an 8 Med & cross my fingers it doesn’t run narrow. I just returned and exchanged these shoes because the first pair looked just like this (see pic) on the back—I was hoping that was a fluke, but no!! So back these go. You would think a $100 shoe would have better quality than to come out of the box like this! All nicked up on the back. First pair had actual rips at that top ridge. Really a shame. These shoes are NOT MADE FOR WALKIN’! ;) Please don’t bother. I think I’ll stop at “Fool me Twice...” Zappos handles these things with great aplomb, thankfully!

Additional thought, I received these yesterday—tried on this morning and see a slight tear in the back of the shoe at the very top edge. So will be exchanging for another pair. I hope they can withstand regular wear for this price because they feel really good and look nice!

This shoe fit true to size. It also is very comfortable. Nice looking. Just what I was looking for. Nice heel length.

Really cute shoe but, cheapened by “plastic” heel in a different shade from the uppers.

Needed a neutral shoe with modest heel, this shoe fit the bill. Wore for our daughter’s wedding -many hours, no discomfort !

Fit was perfect. Super comfortable right out of the box. Wore to a wedding…standing dancing, etc…. Age 66… and I’m on my feet a lot.. very good shoe.

Finally leather and not patent! Low heel almond toe. A bit padded. Nice!

I LOVE the style and fit of this lovely shoe! I can predict that I will be using them for many occasions. Thank you once again for your excellent customer service. I doubt I will ever purchase my footwear from any department store again!

I am so happy with these dress shoes. I needed an 11 narrow and these look great and don't hurt my feet after a long wedding. They are exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable dress shoe.

Beautiful shoes , but unfortunately they hit right where my big toe joint is and I have a small bunion. So, I had to return them because they hurt.

Fit in my usual 8.5. I have bunions, and the cut of the shoe did not bother my feet. Might sound picky, but I did return them because of the color. Didn't feel it suited my skin tone (I wear spring/warm colors and thought that the hue of the color was not right for me). Still gave it 5 stars because it is a pretty and well made shoe.

This shoe fit very well and looks great on my feet while being comfortable.

These shoes are classic and beautiful on. They flatter your legs.

This is a lovely shoe and I wanted so much to keep the pair. Unfortunately, I have a very narrow heel, and while the heel strap hugged my heel, I felt there was too much play in the heel and I was not comfortable with the looseness.

Reviews of other style Trotters heels suggested to order a wider width. I did so, to accommodate a bunion/Morton's neuroma on one foot, but it was too wide. The length was a true size 8, but because it was a heel I could have tried an 8.5 Medium. However, I decided the color wasn't exactly becoming to my skin tone, so I am sending it back.
