The cushioning is great. They felt true to size. These have a classic style, I am looking for something a little more snappy, so am sending them back.

Ordered the 7.5 in this shoe; unfortunately, my toes (which are a bit long) are squeezed at the end, but an 8 would be too long. Otherwise, it's a nice shoe--for someone else's foot.

The Grey Cheetah is really brown and black, and the material is fur-like. The background looked grey on my monitor, which would go with more of my wardrobe, so I am returning them. Other than the color discrepancy, they are cute and comfortable shoes, I have a pair in another color.

love these shoes. I wear a narrow and when I walk in these shoes my heal slips right out. So sorry I have to return them.

I love these shoes! I am on my feet all day, so need the extra cushioning and support these shoes provide. I bought the basic black leather in my normal size 7.5, and they fit perfectly. I may have to look into other colors and styles.

I truly am a name brand shopper - in supermarkets, at retail stores and especially on-line shopping. That's one reason I love Zappos! I purchased a pair of the Trotters Este shoes along with some other styles of flats. Out of 6 pairs of flats the Trotters were the most comfortable and stylish on my feet. I'm not surprised as there are 5 other pair of Trotters in my shoe closet! They were very comfortable the very first time I tried them on. Why go to any other brand - stick with a name you can trust.

Comfortable from day 1! I initially purchased the shoe in a wide width, but they were too wide. I returned them for the medium width which fit perfectly.

I bought the navy with silver - which is so different than anything I've ever seen - very nice looking when on! Also - this shoe is comfortable - especially for a flat! I'm going to buy another pair in a different color!

Great looking shoes. Run small. Unfortunately, when I got the smaller size the cut of the shoe didn't work with my bunion, so had to return them.

Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Like other reviewers have commented flat shoes can sometimes make your foot look big. Not in these shoes. The pointy toe and design of this shoe is classy yet on trend. I have a bunion and ordered these in wide. They do not cut in on the bunion or toes. They are also cut in a way that doesn't expose your toes as in some flats. Definitely worth the money. I got these in the light snake color Beautiful. Thinking of getting another pair.

I've been searching for shoes like these for years. I was looking for a comfortable, professional, basic flat, but I could never find the perfect shoe. I tried the Black Soft Nappa Leather in 5.5 and 6. Normally, I wear 5.5. Sometimes I wear 6, but 6 is usually too long. I found that the 5.5 was a little too short, and the 6 fit perfectly. My feet are a little wide at the forefoot, so I get squished toes with most flats. Despite the pointed toe, my toes were not painfully squished. I am also a fan of the fact that these flats don't give toe cleavage. These flats are made of very soft leather and have a comfortable padded footbed. The interior of the shoe is comfortable and does not chafe anywhere. The only downside of the padded footbed is that it makes a squishing/farting sound when I walk. I'm not sure if that would go away with time. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these flats. They're great quality, especially for the price.

I have a lot of trouble finding dressy shoes that feel good on my old feet all day long. These shoes feel great, with plenty of cushioning on the sole. I wouldn't want to do a lot of walking in them, but they felt great standing all day at the office. This is my first experience with Trotters and I'd happily try them again.
