Wonderful comfort as well as stylish enough for work. Classy with a skirt and tights.

The only thing I don’t like about this shoe is that it doesn’t come in a dozen colors so I can buy them all. Out of the box comfortable and SO CUTE! After years of mourning pumps I can finally feel stylish again and ignore my feet because they Don’t Hurt.

I just love these shoes. The leather is good, leather lined and a nice cushion/support in them. I have bunions and they were a bit tight in the toe box so I took them to the cobbler and they are perfect now. Comfortable, well made shoes that I know I will wear often. I purchased the soft nappa black leather and inside the shoe it says signature, they are well made and comfy.

This shoe is very cute! I can’t wear pumps anymore and need flats with mojo for work. They seemed comfortable- we will see how they do full day.

These shoes fit me perfectly, and I have ordered them a few times in a row in different colors / textures. I'm a size 10.5, and sometimes my feet are too narrow for regular width, but not narrow enough for a "narrow" width. I love how comfortable these shoes are and perfectly polished. Will continue to order over and over again!

Very stylish, true to size and width. No toe cleavage and they don't make my size 9 feet look large. Plenty of room in the toe box and the material feels substantial and supportive not like those thin leather glove-like shoes that conform to the shape of your foot. I bought the black metallic leather and it looks beautiful.

6WW was too big so I'm going to try 5-1/2WW and hope they have enough room in the ball of the foot. The Black Metallic Leather is beautiful but I think I'd get more wear out of the plain Black Leather (if they fit). They seem to be padded for comfort, but it's hard to tell how comfortable they really are given that they don't fit.

I really like these shoes. They're comfy pointed black leather ballet flats. Just what I was looking for. The black leather is soft and pliable. The sizing on these is a bit difficult, but keep trying till you find a pair that fits. I tried a 8.5W, a 9M, a 9W, and a 9.5M. I usually wear a 9, sometimes a 9W. The first 9W I ordered nearly fell off my feet; I swapped for a 8.5W and a 9.5M. Believe it or not, they both fit about the same. Both felt a bit tight and a bit short. So, I ordered a different pair of 9W. This pair fit better, and I am keeping those. A bit of a rigamarole, but I really really like these shoes.

These are one of the most comfortable flats I own, and believe me....I own a ton of flats as that is all I wear. The leather is so incredibly soft and with the pointed toe they are very stylish. Usually, a pointed toe shoe required me to size up as my toes get squished in that style. But not with these. In fact, these flats are wider than normal. I usually wear an 11M but found that the 11N worked better for me in these flats. Honestly, I did not need another pair of black flats but I purchased these in navy and loved them so much that I went ahead and purchased the black. The feel like I'm wearing slippers rather than shoes.

I love that it’s comfortable and can be dressed up or down. The metallic effect is great but it does show wear quickly. Since it’s a show that stands out, I wouldn’t wear it too often anyway.

I bought these in the smaller of my range of sizes and they fit rather well. I am liking the cushioning inside. I'm new to Trotters and am hoping they will feel okay on my flat and finicky feet. These have a nice, classic, flat shoe style. I got the black leather, for maximum versatility. These are comparable to the Rockport Total Motion Adelyn Ballet flats I also bought in the same size, but the feel is different. These have a bit of a suede like fabric toward the front of the inside of the shoe, which adds a bit of softness and a touch of friction to help keep the shoe on the foot while walking. The cut of the shoe just barely covers the toes, and in fact, my little toes shoe just a hint of toe cleavage. I would prefer no toe cleavage, but I can live with just a peep. I am hoping these will help round out my frumpy shoe collection and give me some date night options that won't have me in tears by the end of the night. Overall, I like them.

I normally wear a size 7, but had to return for a 6 1/2. The wide width was comfortable, I am a flight attendant and wore these as my airplane shoes for 7 hours yesterday. They were very comfortable and I received many compliments.

Cute shoes, pretty colour and well made, but a half size too small. The insole is nicely padded but does not contain an arch support.

These are so comfortable straight out of the box. The blue and white material works with so many colors. A great shoe!

I normally take a 7.5 WW but in this shoe I took a 6 WW to keep them from falling off the back of my foot. These are so comfortable, I forgot I had new shoes on the first time I wore them. The gray metallic is fancy looking. Love the shoe.

I ordered a 6W, and the width was fine, but the length seemed about a half size too big. I wish this shoe was in stock in a 5.5W.

The pics of the shoes do not do it justice, they are gorgeous and have a rich look and feel. They are comfortable too! They will be a favorite and look good with evening wear and jeans. I have placed an order for the same shoes in blue. Wish they had them in red.

The Trotters Estee and Estee woven are so darned cute! Well made and cushioned, and look great. The issue is that I am difficult to fit. 7W was def too small, 7WW was a good width but too short, 7 1/2 W too tight overall, 7 1/2 WW and 8 W slipping off my foot when I walk. I need 7 1/4 WW! Sadly, I will need to return all pairs.

This is the first flat I've ever found with a pointed toe that's comfortable right out of the box and doesn't give me toe cleavage. Also, I so appreciate that it's available in a 10 1/2, a size that I can rarely find. Both the 10W, and the 10 1/2 were comfortable on me, but I ultimately decided to go with the 10 1/2. Classy looking shoe with fantastic level of comfort for a flat.

Fits like a true WW without slipping off my heel. Not going to win a style competition, but it is also not a Grandma flat. Good compromise for a professional with wide feet.

Very pretty, classy shoes with lots of cushioning. However, even the narrow was too wide for my foot.

Really well made shoes... but, I'm afraid they're too flat in the toe box for me. I need more vertical space in shoes. Bummer since I REALLY love the style. :( Goin' back. Thanks, Zappos... you are the best in service.

shoe is loose, also very pointy toe which I cannot wear. Don’t feel picture adequately depicted that.
