The right shoe was larger then the left. It's noticeable when you hold them up sole to sole. The left shoe was a bit large so I ordered 1/2 size smaller & they fit beautifully.

Good service but the shoe doesn't fit.

by far, the most comfortable shoe I've worn! I work retail and have tried at least 10 brands. I wear a 10 and often a 10.5 so I ordered both the 10 was perfect. Most of the comfortable shoes look orthopedic but these are cute. Will def try another pair of Trotters!

Love these flats! My feet are between a narrow and a slim and this pair fits me well. They are comfortable and are getting a lot of use!

I wanted a pair of basic, comfortable flats to wear on a daily basis. These certainly fit the bill. I need a wide width which is sometimes difficult to find so I was happy to come across these. I gave 5 stars across the board except for style because the sole style is a little frumpy; however, I think the comfort makes up for that. This was first pair of Trotters but I will definitely make them one of my first choices in the future. I wanted a pair of real leather shoes which I plan on wearing frequently so I am very happy with this pair of black flats.

I ordered an 11 4A and for once a flat is narrow enough for me, even in the heel. It fits beautifully and is comfortable and stylish.

Very comfortable and fits with a huge bunion on my right foot. Believe me, I have tried many shoes and this was a keeper. Wished it had a little heal for us short people!

These are some of the most comfortable flats I've found. I can wear them all day with no discomfort. They are fairly dressy too for flats.

I have several pairs of Trotter shoes and wear either a 7.5 or 8 and med to wide. Having said that the 7.5 W pair (and I ordered both the 7.5 and the 8 wide) fit my B to C foot absolutely perfectly. I didn't even bother trying the 8. Extremely comfortable from the get-go. I would highly recommend this shoe for style and comfort.

These are comfortable shoes for work. I have narrow feet and these shoes fit well in the ankle area which tends to slip. The toe box is wide enough to not cramp my toes. The buckle gives the shoes a little extra style. I love these shoes!

I have a very hard time finding flats to fit my wide foot with a narrow heel - these are great! Went down 1/2 size than I normally wear.

The Trotter Sizzle Signature shoes are comfy right out of the box. The wide width is wide enough. There is plenty of room in toe box. Although they are a bit flat there is some arch support and the insole is really comfortable. They look great with slacks, a skirt and can be worn with jeans, but I purchased them to wear for work.

My Mom ordered for the first time. She was very nervous, but it is hard for her to find 8 Narrow shoes. They were beautiful and received very quickly, we were surprised how fast they arrived. She loves her new shoes, the shoes are made well and very pretty.

I have some serious foot issues that prevent me from wearing heels. A lot of flats lack support and hurt my feet too. These are so well made, and offer comfortable padding. I really like them for comfortable work shoes that can transition to jeans and skirts. I'll be ordering in other colors.

Very, very comfy. I have a standing desk and try to walk as much as possible during the work day and these are as good as I've found outside of a sneaker/athletic shoe. I ordered about 10 pairs of flats and chose these and a flat by softwalk. These are the comfiest. Another great shoe but not a dress shoe is the chase tie by Ecco.

These are the cutest shoes I have ever owned. With a size 12N I have been very limited to style and comfort. These are both. They have great support and great appeal.

These shoes are amazing. So comfortable and do not strain my back while standing. I have a wide foot and these accommodate them better than any shoe I've tried. Love them and worth every penny. I wish the Trotters Mila and Liz styles were as comfortable but sent them back because the toe area on a W and WW was like a regular shoe.

These are very comfortable and good quality. They run narrow though and I had to exchange them for a wide. Otherwise they run true to size.

Based on the reviews I read, I ordered 7.5 M but they were snug in the toe-end third of the shoe. Back they went (with no hassle); the 8's arrived quickly and they feel and look wonderful!

I am such a tough fit for shoes and have struggled for many years trying to find shoes that fit. These shoes are terrific. Everyone thinks they look great and they are very comfortable. Thank you goes to Zappos for letting me find the right size. I wear these every day to work and I run around there a lot!

These flats are so comfortable. Not too tight anywhere and a flexible sole. They also look cute on and work well with slacks and some dresses. I love them!

How far do you need to walk? With these shoes ANY distance will be a breeze! Great arch support and comfortable leather uppers make these shoes far superior to most ballet flats. Great look with jeans or dress pants at the office.

Put these shoes on and walked out the door; that's been my experience with Trotter shoes. They are instantly comfortable and do not require "breaking in". For me, they are true to size and width. Great shoes, cute and comfortable. I just love them!

Picture doesn't do it justice. Substantial (not flimsy) but really cute. Subtle design so that you can use it dressier or with jeans. Extremely comfortable. Love that Trotters has slim and super slim widths.
