Good shoe for work - The shoe fits well. I would have prefered more of a cushion, but it is comfortable. I stand/walk a lot and my feet are tired at the end of the day. They broke in very easily though. I do like the Trotters Liz, and would order more.

Liz is ok - These are a good everyday shoe, comfortable to stand in, ran slightly wide for my narrow feet.

Minimum Breaking in time - I have a wide foot and I haven't had a pair of comfortable shoes in a long time. It fit the first time I put it on. The back is a little high on my foot and I had a few blisters on the back of my ankle at first but they are comfy now. Not a lot of padding in this shoe. I recieved them very, very fast. Good price, good service. I will be buying more.

Comfort and Looks too! These shoes look great on the foot and the leather is supple. The soles are flexible, have good traction, and the rubber-like soles absorb with their "cushy" feel absorb shock when walking. The only drawback is that at the toe of the shoe the sole has separated from the leather and I have had to re-glue them. This usually resolves that problem. I have an AAA or AAAA foot and Trotters have been one of my favorite lines for several years. I'm so greatful to Zappos for carrying so many choices for me. I haven't been able to find shoes in a shoe store to fit me for a long time, so Zappos gets 95% of my business. Saves time driving, gas, wear and tear on the car, parking, walking, my knees, and the frustration, after all of that, of not finding my sizes. On to of that, Zappos often beats retail prices and delivers free of charge to the door. Why would anyone want to get shoes anywhere else? Thanks Zappos!

I am usually a solid size 9 and these 9's are a little snug. They are getting more comfortable as I break them in. Zappos is great and I am very happy with my first experience with them!

If it weren't for the sole... This is a perfect shoe except for one thing. The sole wears out at an unusually quick rate. The sole is worn out at the front of the shoe before the rest has any time to look worn. I have ordered quite a few of this style as it fits great but the manufacturer could do right by the customer to increase the thickness of the sole.

Nancy's Trotters Liz - My left foot has great discomfort when the shoe is too narrow for it. Women's wide dress shoes are hard to find, so finding Zappos is great range of sizes is a delight.

Runs small! I am unable to completely rate this shoe because it has a thin white layer on the sole that scuffed badly in the first few steps. Therefore I did not feel I could return them for a bigger size. If you order them a half size larger and wider you may do all right. On my wide foot, the top of the shoe pulls toward the little toe instead of lying straight across the foot, making you look lopsided. Again, a bigger/wider shoe may correct that. The leather and weave are very nice.

Good shoe - This shoe tends to stretch which suits me fine! I have a very wide foot with high arch - The sole of the shoe is very thin which makes walking very far on sidewalks tough - however, for a office shoe it's fine - works with pants or skirts.

Pleased as Punch - As always, I am happy with Zappo's and their products. The Liz shoe is a very comfortable shoe for my feet as I have had a few foot surgeries and can only wear certain shoes with comfort. I wish that more colors were available. Only constructive comment I have for the manufacturer, would be to build a heel that did not wear down as quickly. With that said, I am pleased as punch with my purchase from Zappos!

Very nice but ... The Liz shoe is very comfortable but sizes a little larger than standard I believe. One problem I have is that the heel leaves marks on carpets - which I found to my horror on a white carpet at a friend's New Years party - long streaks where I had been sitting. Also leaves marks on carpet in my car - but does not do so on wood or tile floor

Look of Liz Trotters - I am very comfortable wearing Liz's Trotters because I have the assurance that they will always look appropriate whether I am attending church, theater or just shopping about town. Comfort is also assured when I have lots of walking or plan to be on my feet for long periods of time. They are easy to slip on and off which helps a lot when I am in a hurry to get going!! The style looks classy with slacks or a dress.

Trotter's Liz -A Versatile Shoe - This is my second pair in this model. They look good and feel comfortable. They run true to size. Thanks, Zappo's, for enabling long slender feet to find shoes and for the efficiency of your service.

Love this shoe! For many years I have been a Trotters wearer. The nearest shoe store that served those of us with narrow and hard to fit feet closed about 4 yrs ago. It has been a struggle to locate suitable shoes that fit! Thank you for being there! This is a site and a shoe, and a brand I will try again and again--comfortable, well priced, and attractive. A great combination. I'm a satisfied customer.

Great shoes for narrow feet - My feet are very narrow ( especially the heals) and these shoes are great. I have never tried Trotters before but would not hesitate to buy another pair. I would definitely buy from Zappos again!

too small! Great looking shoe, but much too small! I'll be exchanging this shoe for a larger size after the holidays.

Beautiful but Runs Narrow! If you wear a "wide" (C or W), I suggest order a WW. Very pretty shoe, nice shiny leather & classy. I returned because too narrow. I also have a high instep, which made the top fit tighter, but the woven leather probably would have "relaxed" in a few wearings. I may still order these!

Leather is lovely, but part that goes under ankle bone is too high and I needed heel inserts

My first pair of Trotter's-ugh! I love this shoe for a business causual look. This was my first pair of Trotter's. After reading the reviews carefully I choose this pair instead of a similar make in Naturalizer. This shoe is more narrow than marked. I have worn them 2 times now and had my shoe stretchers in them twice. I guess I will continue to wear them hoping they will break in eventually, but I wish I had purchased the Naturalizers. Zappos.com was great to do business with. I will order from them again...just probably not Trotter's.

Mostly pleased - I find I have to "break in" the shoes because the back is stiff and would blister my heel. However, after being worn several times, this improves. I would suggest a softer leather around the heel.

Nice basic shoe - I always get compliments on this shoe, especially for the woven leather. It works with skirts, pants, and shorts. It felt a bit too narrow at first, but because of the woven leather, it does stretch a bit and adapt to your foot over time. Trotters used to have a style called "Kim" with a small wedge heel that I adored but--since it was discontinued (wish they'd bring it back), this is the next best thing.

I'm ordering more! Because I wear a 10AAAA I have a very hard time getting casual shoes. I have to take a chance now and then that a 10AAA will fit and not fall off my foot. I liked the look of these so well, I took the chance and ordered the 10 S. Wonderful. Soft, beautifully finished leather; no rough edges or lumps inside the shoe, and very flexible, shock-absorbnt sole for a smooth comfortable step. I'm buying another pair right now because they'll be great throught the warmer moths.
