Fit is fine, and woven finish makes shoe more comfortable than most. I've loved other similar Trotters before.

When I first got them they were too tight, too narrow and uncomfortable. I was going to return them but I had put out a couple cigarettes with them so I thought, oh well. I'll consider it a loss. I had the bright idea one day to stuff my shoes the way they originally came in the box, with the nude colored paper. I put extra paper in these shoes since they were so uncomfortable. Kept them in my extremely hot South Texas closet for a couple weeks in the summer, thinking I would never wear them again. I forgot all about them and was going through my closet and thought I would give them another try. Voila! They fit perfect :) So comfortable! They really just need to be broken in. Also when I first got them they were oddly shiny, I didn't like that look. With a couple weeks of normal wear (I've been wearing them EVERY day bc they go with everything) the shine came off and now I can condition them with leather conditioner to keep them looking pretty. I have pretty wide feet so if this worked for me I know it will for you. Make sure you condition the tip because it seemed like they would easily scuff there.

Wonderful shoe. It fit my wide foot with super high arch and large toe box like a glove. However I just can't seem to fall in love with the color. Hopefully the black will come back in stock.

Let me start by saying I wear a size 12 Wide, so my options are more limited than most. I have worn this shoe as my absolute go-to for at least 15 years. My office is business casual, and this shoe works great in that environment. It is the most comfortable, versatile shoe that I have ever owned. The shoe is durable, but I find myself wearing it so frequently that I have worn out several pairs over the years. I always reorder, and am pleased with the consistency, quality and value of this shoe.

These shoes are just what I was looking for! They fit and are very comfortable. They run true to size, I have wide feet and ordered the wide size - that fit perfectly!

First, I bought this shoe due to high ratings and some customers who said "highly recommended." I was looking for a closed toe work shoe that is comfortable for summer and could be worn with dresses skirts and pants. These are great. I usually wear either size 8 or 8 1/2. I went with the 8. They fit great. I am medium width and these are slightly narrow so if my foot was any wider or had a larger circumference they may not be comfortable for me in a Medium Width. Comfort right out of the box. I wore them first day and had to take a fast walk about 4 city blocks to get to and from another office at work and they were fine. I bought Bone and Pewter colors to act as good summer neutrals. Both are nice. The Pewter is a more flexible neutral color. Lastly, they are a little bit on the shiny side but not as much as a patent just not muted.

I ordered my old size and it fit perfectly. Excellent quality, shipped and delivered promptly in great condition. This shoe does stretch over time. To help it, I used a warm-pack while wearing around the house.

I am so pleased with these shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box. The narrow width fit my foot perfectly and the 8 and a half length was true to size as well. The style is versatile, flattering and appropriate for any season. The navy blue color is exactly the slightly brighter blue that I was hoping for. I highly recommend these shoes. They are a great value as well.

A find for me. I have bunions and many times I need to return shoes in this price range (I have one or two brands costing over $ 180 that sometimes fit). So I am very happy to have found comfort in a shoe that is in this price range and at the same time looks neutral and classic in the bone. I plan to order another color also. I ordered the shoe in an 8 wide.

This shoe style has been around for a while but it doesn't go out of style. I wear these shoes almost anywhere I go. I hope they keep making them for a long time.

These shoes are very comfortable, if not a bit big in the heel. I bought some heel pads and that solved the problem. I think I'm going to get a lot of use out of them-- they look classic and the color is really good. Almost more of a nude opposed tow bone. I'm very happy with this purchase.

8 slim (3A) is a snug fit, but so comfortable!! Hard to get a slim heel and still have the toe be wide enough not to scrunch toes, but this shoe does it. I own an older pair in brown. They DO stretch out some as they age, but hold up very well.
