I've worn these shoes/this style nearly exclusively for about five years. I've had injuries and surgeries that make finding a presentable, comfortable shoe a real challenge. The woven upper has enough give to accommodate my feet without pain.

Great shoe for work. The left shoe is a little loose in the heel. I have very narrow heels, so this wasn't too surprising. Very cushy on the feet. The navy color is an excellent navy. Navy shoe are hard to find.

As always, my trotters fit well. I have a slight bunion and I love the fact that this style is cut high. I do wish there would be a bit more cushion and arch support.

I really love Zappos! These loafers are great. I have a small bunion and hate tight, narrow shoes - these are perfect. They don't look "wide", keep the fit, and are super comfortable! Great stylish shoe!

I wear a 9.5 triple A, which is impossible to find in the stores. I love loafers, and was delighted to find this stylish shoe in my size on the internet. I have navy, black, white, and brown! I love the fact that the heel doesn't slip! They're perfect for me!

I really like these shoes. Unfortunately, the narrow was too narrow for one foot and the medium a little gappy. I wish they better for me. Have to return.

Normally I wear a 6 1/2 or 7 narrow in a flat shoe. After several attempts (always quick response from Zappos), I settled on the 7 narrow in this shoe which really runs very narrow. I couldn't get my feet into the 6 1/2 narrow. I finally found a Navy pair of shoes--just what I was looking for!

Due to arthritis in both knees I'm limited to flats most of the time, especially if I have to do any kind of walking. These shoes fit me perfectly and the woven style makes it look different than most other flat shoes. No break in period for me. I wear a W and these fit with no issue at all. They are my go-to shoes for the office and even for weekends. I had a black pair that I wore into the ground. This year I purchased both the black and the brown. (I'm keeping my old pair for running errands on the weekend. Still looks better than a pair of sneakers with my jeans.)

I read the reviews carefully and the mixed messages about "true to size" really shied me away. I bought my true size, and sure enough, they were too small. But a half-size up with the same width did the trick! Thank you, Zappos!!

Third pair of this style purchased, had to go up half size over the years. Have a narrow foot, and there is a bit of heel gap, but definitely worth the purchase.

This shoe is a dream shoe for a walker! I am on my third pair of the Brown Calf. They are soft but sturdy, classy and light! Cannot say enough good about them! I also get lots of compliments on their style! Thank you, Trotters!

Liz is a beautiful shoe in black calf. I had to return the three sizes that I tried on because there is a gap in the arch area. The fault is not that of the shoe but of my high arch. The shoe is comfortable otherwise. The arch support present in the shoe is minimal. Advice: Try ordering 1/2 size up in length to accommodate the somewhat narrowed toe area.

This is a great shoe for those of us with narrow feet. the corner or point of the shoe where it comes up over the top of the foot needs to be broke in as it is stiff and will hurt but once broke in this is a wonderful shoe! just like Zappos! :)

I wear size 9 AAAA or SS shoes. Only a few stores even know what that is. I nearly always find what I neeed/want ar Zappo's. Usually I buy online, but I do go to the store in Shepherdsville some. The only complaint I have is that the store doesn't sort by width so I must wander the complete section and hopefully find and not miss my width. The service of online is great! Thanks

These shoes are gorgeous and comfortable (a hard combination to find, at times). I couldn't be happier and expect to wear these several times a week for work and after-work!

I've been looking for a comfortable black flat for months. Tried all my standards, with no luck. Did a search by size and color and came across the Trotters Liz, and couldn't believe that I finally had what I was looking for. Fits well, still comfy after 9-10 hours at work

I have bought 5 pairs of these shoes. Needless to say, I love them. Dressy enough for work or dinner out...casual enough for jeans or khakis. Support is excellent, true to size and width. Can't say enough positive things - these are perfect!

I was blown away at the speed with which I received this order -- 3 days including 1st shipment and exchange for better size - way to go Zappos.

These shoes are great if you need to walk a lot, have sore feet, or just want to be super comfortable! They instantly feel broke in, but look great with jeans or dress pants. Not great with a skirt or dress but, hey, that just gives you an excuse to buy more shoes! And the range of sizes makes them right for everyone.
