Very comfortable, do not look great, somewhat clunky and Velcro closure does not lay flat. Not sure if keeping.

I have a long narrow foot and have found Munro to be very comfortable, well fitting for me. I, too, noticed all the review stating how hard this shoe is to get on. I bought these (for a good price), and decided to keep them, despite needing to use a shoe horn to get them on. Once on, they have the same amazing Munro fit and comfort. They are loosening up to the point where a shoe horn will no longer be needed. Love how warm these shoes are.

Super cute shoe, but was way too narrow for me.

Too tight in the toes

This bootie was very comfortable. The green, which was my first choice, was not available in my size and I thought I'd take a look at the light brown. I thought it was a little dull, and returned.

I liked the booties. I took a chance on the 12 AA but it was too narrow for my feet.

Just a little too big and klutzy for my taste but they were comfortable..

These booties were soft and very comfortable, but I decided on another style that was a little dressier. Also, I wasn't sure how the velcro side closure would hold up.

I wanted to like these but even though I ordered a wide they felt too narrow in the toe box when I tried them on with an orthotic.

These are good looking boots, but they are too narrow and most deficient is the design. It is extremely difficult to work with the closure on the outside of the boot. I am 72 years old and could barely get the boots on and had great difficulty with the Velcro closure on the outside of the boot. I am returning these and do not want a replacement

Unfortunately this shoe was too narrow. I ordered a medium width and it was way too tight on the ball of my foot area so had to send back. Too bad Zappos did not have the wide width available. Thanks for making the return so easy.

I was excited to find an ankle boot offered in a wide as I like a little extra space for insoles and thicker socks. I typically wear a 10.5-11 med width, sometimes a wide. I ordered these boots in an 11 wide and they were too small (tight in the instep, long and narrow). Def not a true wide at all. Keep looking, Cinderella. The fit is wonky!

The shoe appears to be the right size, but I couldn't even try it on because the ankle opening isn't big enough to get my instep through. Bad engineering. I've run into this problem before with Munro. I've worn my old pair of their boots for years, but I need a shoehorn to get into it. Was hoping to update with this pair. The boot options for my size are very limited.

Too small. Painful and Impossible to wear. Non returnable. Waste of money.

This is a nice and good-looking boot. The toe and bunion area of the boot are acceptably wide. But the upper part of the boot is so narrow that you can't even get the wide part of your foot through. These are not "wide" boots.

Too stiff very difficult to put on without a zipper-or a softer top.

I could not even get the boot on.

So narrow, I couldn't even get them on. I do not have wide feet.

Weird fit! Couldn’t even get my super narrow high arch feet into them. Had to return! I wear lots of Munro’s and this was a first!

Can't get my foot into it even with a shoehorn. There is a small elastic gusset on one side which has almost no give, not a zipper.
