Cute shoe/boot, but very narrow. Hard to tell if it's true to size b/c of that. Also hits ball of foot too hard. Not sure if needs more cushioning or if the arch is a bit high.

This was a great shoe, I ended up sending it back because it does not come in a Narrow width and the medium with was too big for me.

Unable to put on. too tight....and I am a narrow

Love Munro and have for years. Like these so well I ordered another pair in a different color.

Great Shoes - The ankle shaft is a little large but, not if you want to put pants inside! I would buy them in a lot more colors

This ankle boot was loose in the heel area of the boot… I’ve noticed over recent years that ‘SS’ size isn’t as narrow as previous styled boots & shoes at Munro… so disappointing! Munro used to be my dependable brand, now it’s hit or miss…alas back they go.

Beautiful looking ankle boots. They run very narrow, so much that I am returning them. Also the design is faulty: It includes a velcro closure on the outside of the boots. At 72, I have trouble getting them on and fastening the velcro. Zippers and closures must be in the inside of the boot! Very disappointed.

These boots are long enough but my SS heel definitely slipped up when walking therefore I would say they aren’t the narrowest SS boot I’ve tried by Munro. Also the boots felt heavy ! Otherwise good looking boot…nice soft leather…back they go….

These are the best bootie. I have a left bunion and wear a 9W. They fit perfectly. I was looking for a bootie to hike with my dog while wearing shorts. They look so cute I could wear them out with knee length shirts out and about. Do not hesitate! They we’re comfortable out of the box!

Couldn't be more pleased with these boots. They accommodate my orthotics with no problems, they're super comfortable, and they are very very cute. I'm usually a 10 and I ordered this size first, in wide although my feet measure narrow to medium, but I wanted to be sure the orthotics would fit. I was surprised to find I needed to go a smaller so I ordered 9 1/2 wide and these were perfect, and Zappos got them to me -- both orders -- quicker than quick. I also caught the sale, so even that was good. Again, I couldn't be more pleased.

The shoe is super cute and well made. I loved the Velcro opening. Unfortunately I have a really wide foot and it was too narrow for me.

The closure mechanism is somewhat problematic due to my arthritis. A zippered closure would have worked better for me. Otherwise, I really like these boots.

Lovely and well made bootie but the medium was just too narrow and tight in the toe and ball of the foot area. Unfortunately Zappos did not have this in a wide size. Will keep looking for something similar in a wider fit.

The fit was not narrow enough for my ss feet…also found them to be heavy. Back they go….

I really wanted to loves these boots to fit. Murno makes a quality shoe, but this boot just didn't fit around my wide bunion foot. The width was a little tight and the ankle closure was large, even with the Velcro all the way closed.

I thought these boots looked great in the photo, but the main problem was the closure, a bad piece of design, difficult to shut right while wearing, and the top flap stitching was inadequate; inevitably you wou have broken stitching holding it on.

Very nice.

Easy to put on and comfortable to wear all day. My only criticism is that I wore them on a travel day and was surprised that they set off the metal detector. I had to remove them (despite having TSA precheck) to pass through.

Perfect fit for a size with few options (10.5 WW) High quality product. Wish it came in a range of colors.

These are the best! So soft, comfy, stylish. I did put insoles in them to give me additional arch support. These became my everyday shoes this past winter.

The fit is perfect, true to size and width. Very comfortable from the moment I put them on. With wool socks, kept my feet nice and warm.
