Bought these for indoor fitness/cross-training because my other shoes have not held up for lateral movements. These shoes have a good amount of support on the sides, insoles fit in them fine, and they're cushioned without feeling mushy. They are more stiff than a lot of shoes out there, but they also seem less likely to rip. They are maybe *slightly* more snug in the toe than I want, but it also makes them better for fast movements. I have wide-ish feet and find then to fit fine, though I adjusted the laces to get the best fit possible. They look better as a shoe than they do in the pic.

Theses are so comfortable to walk in. I walk my dog 3-4 times daily and my old Rykas were wearing out and feet were beginning to hurt. My dog is happy and so am I. Shirley Shirley

I have very high arches so I use prescription orthotics. Unfortunately these shoes aren't deep enough to accommodate both my foot and my orthotic. Aside from that these shoes offer a lot of cushioning.

Awesome shoes. Rarely do you buy a pair of shoes that need no break in. I took these from box and wore them to work out. Comfortable first time out.

Very comfortable shoe, it just doesn't cover your ankle. Not enough support for lateral movements.

I purchased the Devotion XT and Influence because they were both on sale. In comparing the two, the Devotion felt a little longer because my toes hit the front of the Influence shoe. Thought the arch support was a little better with the Devotion. Both are comfortable shoes. I wear these shoes when taking the dogs for long walks and moderate exercising. Got the Devotion in Navy and it's a nice color. Had these for a couple of weeks and cannot comment about other reviews regarding quality/durability.

Great shoe, the color is more grey than the blue it appears to be in the picture. Pivot point is great for Jazzercise. Shoe allows for excellent lateral movement and fits well from the start. True to size. It's a little less cushy than my last Ryka, thus the 4 stars. But still a great shoe.

Great shoe for training/movement that includes pivots and such. I'm a Jazzerciser and instructor. Devotion xt runs perhaps a touch large, and has plenty of heel width, so along with a nice roomy toe box, they are perfect for me. If you have a narrow heel, you may have to add an insert. They have many colors and I really hope this shoe is here to stay. Not priced over the moon and they do the job!!

I actually own 4 pair of this model. They are the best I have found for the pivots, jumps and grounding work that we do in Jazzercise. No joke. It fits my foot with the roomy toe box, and extra instep/arch. The midsole is supportive but responsive. They come in a great color variety. They only get a 4rating because they run wide in the heel, large all together, and there have been a couple of minor inconsistencies among the different pairs. All in all, though...for the money, my go-to for instructing and working out.

Good support, stability, and cushion. One of the better studio shoe I've had in a long time

I would give these shoes 4 1/2 stars if I could. I use these for my Jazzercise classes. I love Ryka athletic shoes and I pretty much know that my regular size is good in all of their styles. I like the room in the toe box also as some brands are too narrow for my toes. My only wishes are that they would make running and training shoes in colors like they do their walking shoes, and that these Devotion XT shoes would have more of a memory foam insole. I really wanted the Navy/Gold ones but they didn't have them in my size. Overall, I would highly recommend Ryka shoes.

I ordered these in my regular size of 8 1/2 and they felt a little short and I needed more arch support. Love the look and style but it was a no for my feet..I have several pair of Ryka shoes and all have been great but these. Usually Ryka has great support but something was not right in this one.

I have several pairs of Ryka Shoes. Probably around 7 pair. They have all had a great arch support for my overprotination. These however have NONE and the insole is not cushioned either. I love the shoe style and colors but they are going back. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy. I tell all my friends to go to Zappos for all your shoes for ease of return and fast delivery.

This shoe is true to size. It provides great support for lateral movement and shock absorption. I highly recommend it for Zumba.

I wear this shoe primarily for distance walking for exercise. I really like this shoe for the way it fits and looks. I'm between an 8-1/2 and a 9 because one foot is slightly longer than the other, so I went with the 9. The 8-1/2 would be too short when wearing socks. I also have narrow feet and this shoe, for me, is a perfect fit through the instep while still having a roomy toe box. I have two pairs of the Devotion Plus 2 which I really like, but I wanted a black shoe so I purchased the Devotion XT which I found to be the same fit except for slightly less arch support than in the Devotion Plus 2.

Decent shoe however I think they should consider the tongue of the shoe because I think it's a bit too narrow at the top. Also, the area where your toes live is a bit on the tight side in comparison to either Asics or Brooks. The footbed is comfortable and has good cushioning. I am stretching them out but as a rule I think you should be able to put on your new kicks and they fit and feel comfortable.

I wear 8.5 in all sports shoes so ordered that size. My previous Rykas are 8.5 as well. This shoe was a 'tiny' bit too long and a 'tiny' bit too wide across the breadth of my foot. Note I have narrow feet. Between the length and width the shoes are not right for me - but - they were super comfortable and I really wanted to keep them. Decided to return and get an 8..I hope they fit cause I really like the feel. I don't care that much about color or look, it is all about the fit and wearability for me. Asking about the fit above, not really a half size larger and for a true medium width foot would have been ok...I liked this shoe a lot.

I wear a 7M shoe and ordered these in 7.5. The fit was great-lots of cushion but my heel immediately slipped out of the shoe as I walked. I did not see any way to tighten up the laces to fix the heel slippage so I will be returning.

I like the shoe but it does not seem to have as much support as the New Balance shoes I have been wearing. But they are sufficient for my daily Jazzercise classes.

The shoes are great, I bought them for Zumba. Comfortable for most use. I didn't discover until dancing and turning that they impact my bunions and cause discomfort. I need a shoe wider or higher across the ball of the foot but this was the widest offered and they came highly recommended, so I took the chance without trying on.

This is a second order for me. I originally ordered a size 9, which is what I wear in every shoe and sneaker I own. The nine was about a half a size too big, so I have since ordered the 8 1/2. This pair seems to fit better. I do still find them to be a little wide in the heel.

Love this shoe, I keep buying the same ones. Am a Jazzercise instructor and these offer great support and cushion. One thing though: I've been getting all-black, this time I got the black/pink and the quality seems a little different. Ex: the tongue seems flimsy so I have to be more careful putting the shoe on so the tongue doesn't fold. Also, my socks seems to slide down, that never happened with my previous pair. Not sure why there's a difference. I hope Ryka is not trying to cut costs on materials.
