I love these shoes. I got them mostly for HIIT workouts and lifting. I normally wear a 7.5, but I'm glad I sized up to an 8. They fit perfectly. The color is also super cute.

I have worn Ryka shoes for over 10 years. They are the best shoes for exercise workouts, walking, and just goofing off. Love this shoe for years! I have tried several other types of Rykas but these are my favs! Fit is perfect, support is good for my activities such as Zumba, step, kickboxing and dance. Have about 8 pairs that I rotate don't ever discontinue this style!

These are my favorite shoes ever. They are actually my second pair because I can't get enough of these shoes. They are so cute, go with all of my outfits, and they are supremely comfortable. I walk to work and back in them every day (about one hour total) and I stand all day as I teach and my feet never get sore or tired. I also wear them to festivals and concerts, and they are durable and super dancey. My daughter was wearing Ryka's at a concert, and I asked what she thought of them and she said "Most comfortable shoes ever!" so I bought my first pair last summer, and I am now a huge fan.

I just started working with a trainer and we're always shopping for shoes. She is not familiar with the Ryka brand, but she said these were some of the best cross trainers she's seen. I think she is going to order a pair eventuall!
