Hello over all I am happy with this product but when I received the boots. One had two noticeable, scuff marks, and scratches.

Purchased these boots for my husband, he loves them! The boots fits him perfectly ( size 9) & he says feel comfortable. Boots look great too!

I wear them all day so perhaps I need to change a different shoe but they become a little uncomfortable as the day goes on.

Im here to buy another pair. Best fitting boot Ive ever worn. Easy on and off. I can wear them all day and my feet dont fatigue. Classy and stylish. They are audible to walk in so they do announce a presence.

Well made as usual for J&M, color a little darker than anticipated, but still very happy with the purchase.

This is the 2nd pair my husband has purchased in less than a year (we were hoping the first pair was just an fluke). Each pair has had the heel separate from the shoe. He travels for work and has been left with a heel detached in the middle of a trip. The 2nd pair was purchased on May 29th and the heel has separated on both pairs by September 29th. Other than the heel issue, they are nice boots, but they cant stand the rest of time. Disappointed and now in the market for a new brand.

I really loved these boots, but 2 weeks in and the right heel separated. Ive had them for a while now and I recently had to glue the heel on for the fifth time. Both heels. I carry Gorilla Glue in my suitcase since they always come off at the worst times. Theyre beautiful and I get lots of compliments but the quality is not there, especially for the money.

Very stylish and very comfortable. I took a half size larger than my standard, since it wasnt available in a wide. That worked out well and the shoe is extremely comfortable. I would recommend the shoe to anyone looking for a modern take on a classic shoe.

From the moment I slipped my foot inside the XC Flex Raleigh Cap Toe Zip Boot, I knew I had to have this boot! I wasn't even shopping for boots, just decided to try it on for fun. The comfort was unbelievable, even for what I've become accustomed to as a J&M wearer for decades. This is my first XC Flex purchase, so maybe that is the key to why these are by far the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. Combine that comfort with those looks, and this boot is unbeatable.

I had a chance to ask a few questions with customer service. The rep was super friendly and accommodating.

Boots are excellent value for the price, fit is good, very comfortable. Leather outstanding quality. Exactly what my husband was looking for. Worth every penny. These go great with a suit - super comfy and stylish. My only complaint is that they are a little 'clickier' than I'd like.

I work in a retail store and won a free shoe from the J&M walk test, I was looking to purchase this captoe style in tan, which we carry in store, very confused why its not offered online.

Pretty sure leather is an acrylic airbrushed finish, won't patina well. But, it's a good looking boot. However, the stud fastened near the top popped right off. Wasn't riveted down all the way. Company advertises all over that they're a "US Company" and makes no mention that these are made in Brazil. Got a return authorization for a fresh pair, so customer service is good. All in all, I'd opt for something else next time.
