Loved the look of the boots. They were a half size too large

This boot has been great for me. Comfortable and lightweight, I can wear it to work, around town assessing properties and through to happy hour and networking events. Looks great with jeans or khakis and is a great compromise between loafers and western boots.

Got these gorgeous leather boots for my son for his birthday. He loved them; especially the color. This is his second pair. Attractive style, color and y'all know Johnson & Murphy is quality through and through.,

I was stoked when I saw this in a J&M magazine at the end of Summer 2021. I tend to stick with conventional Chelsea boots, so this was a new style for me having a different sole on the bottom. The girlfriend thought they looked the best when I asked which she liked from the catalog, so I figured to get them. They were back ordered for about 2 months sadly, but I bought them and waited anyway. I was increasingly intrigued by the new TRUFOAM while I waited for them to come in. Once they finally did, I couldn't believe it. They're incredibly comfortable compared to a normal sole Chelsea boot. And they're really quiet when walking. They don't make that clanking boot sound. Style and fashion wise, these are a home run. I instantly got looks and "wows" at work as people admired them. They look so fresh. One of my coworkers wants a pair now. I highly recommend. This is my 4th J&M Chelsea boot and it easily wins in every way. I got the black ones.

Rubs back of heel

Was a little excited about this at first. After seeing it in store I am incredibly disappointed. This shoe just feels and looks cheap. The sole is weak, unsupportive, and just feels inexpensive. The insert is so thin it's like walking on the ground. The leather is flimsy. Just don't waste your time with this

Very comfortable for all day and night wear.

Best boots I've ever owned. I've tried other brands but the fit wasn't right and no where near the quality. Highly recommend.

I bought these for my husband, who has about 8 pairs of various J&M shoes. He wears a 9. 5 in all of them, and that is the size I initially ordered him in these boots. When they came, they looked huge! Very long and when I compared the soles of another pair with these, they were nearly 2" longer. Maybe it was a misprinited size? Nonetheless, I returned and ordered a 9 instead, and those fit great.

The fit of the shoe is very comfortable and true to size. The quality of the suede and durability of the build, insole, and rubber is outstanding and perfect for long wear. Order was delivered right on time as expected despite it being ordered during the holiday season. Cannot recommend the quality of products and service of Johnston and Murphy enough.

I like the fit and look of my boots a lot. I ventured out of my comfort zone a bit getting these, and I am very happy I did.

Good looking boot. Comfortable out of the box. The width felt a bit narrow, but I just wore thinner socks, and it was fine. Worn look in the front is good I scuff that up first so as I wear it the boot should look more uniform.
