I returned them.. Size runs large. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10. An 8.5 is probably what I would need in these boots. For the price, quality is not great.

These shoes are comfortable and look great... HOWEVER- they run half a size too large. I sent my shoes back for an exchange and called to see how long it would take and I was told that it will take 10-12 business days to ship a replacement from they day they receive them. Meaning, from the time I first shipped the return until I finally get them back it will be all of 3-4 weeks if not longer. Just make sure you get your sizing right the first time

This shoe feels great on my feet and the structure is solid but the color is no where near what you see on line or in the catalog. It is much lighter than what is shown. Thai is ok of you are looking for a lighter colored shoe, but if you want a dark colored boot as I did, then you might want to keep looking. Oh, and I can't return them because I already had to take them with me on an out of town business trip. Maybe I can find a shoe repair shop to darken them for me.

To hard to put on and take off. I sent back and ordered the model with a side zipper.

Very stylish and comfortable shoe. My main issue is that the sole seems to wear out very quickly. I've had these for 6 months with moderate wear and I'm looking at having to get the soles replaced. Otherwise I would gove 5 stars.

Difficult to get on!!

The loop on one of the boots tore off completely the first time I was putting them on, even tho I was using a shoe spoon to assist. I thought the opening was a little too small, but since I never put them on and wore them, I can't say for sure. I ending up changing to the Welch boot with the zipper.

The actual color of the shoe was not true to representation.

It's a great looking boot and very comfortable. I've only worn twice and the sole is already worn. I'm worried about the life of the shoe. Given the price I think the quality should be there. I love Johnson and Murphy shoesbut this one misses the mark

Killer boots, comfortable and stylish!

Love these boots but they do not fit the same from purchase to purchase I have tried multiple pairs and the sizing is good on some tight on others

These are truly beautiful boots. But unfortunately, the right heel pull-on loop broke off after about 4 wears. This was disappointing to happen when they were brand new. The stitching just looks weak.

This product was not up to the quality I experienced from JM in the past and the return process is extremely slow. I am (was) as 20+ year customer of JM, but the lack of quality or customer service is driving me to other companies.

Rear pull tab on right boot tore out while trying to put on for the first time. Tried to reorder but size was out of stock.

I usually don't write reviews but when the quality of a product is so, so bad, writing a review is a social responsibility. I don't know if JM has a quality or testing department, but it is clear that the quality of the sole for this model was not tested before releasing this boots to the market. I'm afraid this pair of boots won't last more than 2 or 3 months.

Couldn't get the boots on.

This is a brown boot with no grey color like the picture shows. It is all one color and has no depth to it. I am returning because of this reason.
