Boots arrived damaged and stained. This is the second pair of boots that have arrived damaged from Zappos. Zappos, please step up your quality control. Had to return.

Sorry they are to small but nice

Comfortable boot, supple leather that allowed for a reasonable break-in period considering I have a bunion. Nice heel height and stylish. Although the boot does not have a zipper, putting them on is not difficult because of the wide band of elastic.

One of my favorites for winter

very cute and comfortable when i was able to get them on... I have high arch and often have hard time with pull on boots. With the struggle I was able to get them on but taking them off almost ripped my skin off. Returned.

Love these waterproof boots! They are true to size but a little narrow by the toes, so I can’t wear them for too many hours in the day. (I do have wide feet, so it could be just me.) I love them so much I have 3 pair but I have to say how much I love this off-white color! My very fave! I also have black suede and black leather.

Size and fit was perfect. Super comfy. Quality boot with great style. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Love these multi purpose boots/rain shoes! They are comfortable, trend right, and super versatile. They are true to size with or without socks. Highly recommend for anyone’s shoe closet who is looking for added style, durability, and comfort.

Honestly, I am shocked how much I like these boots. In a perfect world I'm an 8 in boots (7.5W in shoes). Bought these in the 8 and these are so comfy right out of the box. I have a pair of Smartwool medium weight socks on with them and there is still wiggle room. If there was a 7.5W in stock, I'd exchange these for them, but they'll be fine as is. Easy to pull on and off, and they look equally good with straight leg jeans or a pair of thick black leggings. Like these enough that I am very tempted to purchase another color. Try these out!

I have a narrow foot with high arch. These boots were very comfortable and fit nicely, true to overall size. Wore them in Dec for 5 days on a trip to Paris. It was cold and wet with uneven pavement and cobblestones. Boots were really good to walk in in those conditions. Height of heal is really nice and so is height up leg. Very sturdy and fashionable.

I wear an 8.5 in most everything. I wear an 8 in Ugg boots, 8.5 in Ugg alameda tennis shoes and an 8.5 in On’s. Based on reviews, I bought a 9. The left fits tight, the right is perfect so buy at your own risk. I am keeping them because they are trendy and super cute. I resisted the urge for awhile now until I saw them on others at random restaurants and had to have them. Super cute!

The fit and size would have been awesome, however, the company sent me the incorrect size. The size I wear and requested would have been fine. I had to return the shoes. No notice on if they have the size I requested yet.
