I received 2 different size boots, so I had to send them back.

ZAPPOS sent me USED, WORN, Dirty shoes!!! I loved the style but obviously wasn't going to keep someone's used boots. I guess that's what you get when they offer 365 day returns?? Instead of an exchange they only offered a return. Such a waste of my time. I won't ordered from Zappos again. Now I have to spend my time going to UPS to ma then back.

I could not even get my foot to in these shoes at all. They are very nice quality if they would have fit.

This bootie is so cute however, anyone with a High instep isn’t able to get her foot in the boot

The boot was so hard to get on as it had no zipper. When I tried to pull it on I realized someone must have had it before me and tried so hard to pull it on it ripped apart. Picture shows how I received the boot. Very poor design and the company sent it out in this condition.

The size 9 I received is like an 8 1/2…

I so wanted to love these boots but I ordered a wide and I could not even get my foot in the boot?? Maybe miss marked but they didnt seem big enough or wide enough? my foot is not that wide but I do have a bunion. Very cute

Unfortunately, I ordered these boots in wide and I still couldn’t even fit my foot inside. So upsetting!

These boots seemed like very poor quality. The upper didn't match up with the inner lining around the ankle and looked like it wasn't cut correctly. The elastic felt cheap and looked like it had already stretched out just from trying them on.

Way to small, they must be mislabeled, I always where an 8 in this brand and the black fit, though still a little too narrow.

I think these boots are mislabeled. The black in the same style fit but I could not even get my foot in the boot. I am going to try a full size up.

Was given 2 different sizes!!!

This beautiful boot runs narrow. I returned it.
