I wear kayanos by ASICS in a 7 1/2 . This particular pair seemed a little smaller than my other ones, not enough to send back though. Overall a great shoe with great arch support.

Delivery was slower than timescales quoted on website to the point that I thought the order may have been rejected, it was only through emailing that I then got a dispatch email in reply. Trainers however are extremely comfortable, I often have trouble with my knees if I go running and these first time out provided with the support and spring underfoot that I had no issues.

Comfortable for flat footers and over pronate-rs. Aesthetically not as sleek as a city trainer and lots of cushioning makes sock teaming more particular. Comfort and practically then style.

run slightly small so if youre between sizes i would recommend going up half a size, but v comfortable, cushioned and supportive - exactly what i was looking for to minimise risk of shin splints!

Very comfortable to run in, they help you bounce along with minimum impact on the ankle and knee

These are as comfortable as previous versions, however, the right shoe was slightly bigger than the left - I've not had this issue with my 4 previous pairs of Kayanos. It could have been a fluke for this specific pair. I would have tried another pair in this model, but my size was sold out, so I 'm going to try the GT-2000

Love the style, comfort and fit of the shoe, however I do agree with others that the shoe strings are too short. Barely can get them tied into a small bow .Other than that I would give it 5 stars .

Love the style and fit. Supportive. I had several different shoes delivered and these definitely felt & looked the best. I had two different colors of the same series. Made out of different fabric. The pink/black more of a original, heavier material and blue pair more silky. shoelaces on the pink/black pair are freakishly short. I decided to keep them and try to find pink/black combo shoestrings online.

Great supportive trainer, have used Kayanos for last 8yrs and never disappoint. Only downside to this latest model is the aesthetic of the toe area being upturned, which it hasn't been previously.

I love the shoe I'm happy with them the only negative is that the toe box is thin and if you raise your toes they are visible in my eyes they are on the thin side but the rest of the shoe is really nice. If I lived in a super hot climate it would probably be correct but I don't I liked the look of the MK but the colour selection was only one colour and I didn't like it. I do believe that the toe box being thin is a negative on the performance of the shoe. To be honest I have the gel Kayano OG and I think I prefer them from the running + stability perspective which is surprising considering the age difference but the 27's are allot more modern.

Is comfortable but it will be nice to have more support. I am a ER Nurse and I on my feet the majority of the time so support is a key. I still like it but is not make to use for work like mine.

Very comfortable, but the blue color wasn't what I expected at all. "Mako Blue/Hot Pink" color looked like it had some sparkle or spots in the blue upper online, but in person, they were very hard to see. It looks just like a blue shoe with some pink on the sides, which is pretty plain. Fine for just a workout shoe but I enjoy fun colors for my walking around sneakers.

Super light weight and supremely comfortable, the gel cushions around the heel are life savers. Worth the money if you have it and want something that works and will last. Feels like running in slippers. Also good for multi disciplines. I like road running but also gym classes and find these great for both.

Excellent shoe but the wide definitely runs narrow. I had bunion surgery a year ago, and have been looking for the best shoe to provide support and comfort as I get back into my workout routine. After reading tons of reviews and trying on a regular width pair at a sports store near me, I decided to order the wide here online. Since the regular width didn't feel terribly tight, I figured a wide would work well. Took my first walk in them yesterday, and I'm having a little bit of pain in the area where my bunion repair was done. Zappos offers 30-day returns on running shoes (thanks, Zappos!), so I will wait a couple more weeks to see if they give a little in the toe box before deciding whether to keep them. On the positive side, they offer very good stability for pronators, and good arch support with a nice bit of cushion in the footbed without feeling too "marshmallow-y." And although these are technically a wide, they hug my narrow heel very well with no slipping. Also, to me, the length of the shoe is true to size. Some have mentioned they don't care for the large tongue, but I don't find it to be a problem.

heal support is fantastic, only issue is it could use more cushion under the toe box

My shoe size has always been a solid 7. I completed the survey and was assured the size 7 would fit. That pair was too short. I ordered the 7.5. They fit exactly right.

Great shoes, they feel really sturdy and are bouncy to run in. The only problem is they are quite narrow and therefore for my feet were quite uncomfortable.

I love the Kayano. 10 years of running, 2000 miles a year, I've had 7-8 pairs. However, looks are important and I like a bright colourful shoe. One year you did bright Orange, last year there was a lovely bright yellow Kai, and my most recent are bright red. This year it's just a bunch of grey and blackness. Boring!

I bought these because I was getting pain in my knees after running. After the first run with these there was very little pain. They are true to size.
